Zolaman (졸라맨) is a two-dimensional South Korean-Canadian television series that was debuted as original flash animations in 2000 was created by graphic designer Kim Deuk Heon. The series contains about 20 seasons and 1,346 episodes.
This was started after he made a first flash animation in 2001, but about this superhero stickman, named Zolaman. The concept seems to be childish, It have at least 6 volumes, but due to the issues of making another episode of volume 6 in 2004, the Zolaman Volume 6, Episode 2 flash animation was delayed due to unknown reasons. Zolaman’s flash animation and both TV series was inspired by Power Rangers and Sailor Moon. (the actual TV Series version was aired in Ani One.)
Premise[]
The current year is 2031. Zolaman was born in the small village. Zolaman’s parents were worried that someone might going to kidnap or threaten the baby. In Whiteville, they went to Dr. Jolileo’s shrine and placed the baby in the shrines floor, but Zolaman’s parents disappeared. Dr. Jolileo raised baby Zolaman.
6 years later, in the Whiteland, the snow fairy was placed on the throne, but the leader of the Whiteland was Usagi Tuskina. Usagi Tuskina is the only leader on the land to prevent any disastrous or any abnormalities in this world. but, the only bad side was the Eviland.
The Eviland was covered in desert its because there is no snow and rain here.
The only bad leader was Dr. Devil. Dr. Devil is the villain of the Eviland. he wanted to get rid of Usagi Tuskina and try to capture her and he will take over the world. but, he wanted to capture the snow fairy first. Without the snow fairy, against the climate, the Whiteland will turn into desert and it will became unhabitable. But he wanted to capture the 6 elemental fairies!
The only 2 mighty heroes were named Zolaman & Zolagirl are in top notch to stop the uncertainty and to save the snow fairy and the other 6 fairies and also Usagi Tuskina from Dr. Devil and the others who have been here for Dr. Devil’s plans, but the Zola Clan formed to fight for justice, love, trustworthy, caring and kindness!

- Zolaman (Voiced by Choi Seung-Hoon)
The Main Character of Zolaman. He was about 20 years old, but sometimes he might be clumsy- he was mostly being brave and courageous and being having an ability disguise as being cute. He has an ability to shoot some magic flame and to jail them. Sometimes, Zolaman might be too coward or being lazy for it. He has a best personality on Zack and Amory.
He was most likely being raised by Dr. Jolileo after his parents disappeared. Several years later, he was only 13 years old before, he was being taught by Dr. Jolileo and Zola Hat. After completing the lesson, he wanted to be a leader of Zola Clan. After turning 20, he graduated and signed the agreement with Dr. Jolileo. He was given the transform ring by Dr. Jolileo. He became a leader of the Zola Clan.
He left Dr. Jolileo’s shrine and arrived at his own house. but Zolagirl arrived at Zolaman’s house, claiming to be her friend. He was brave enough, that he can fight for justice!

An elegant and beautiful woman, who was being part of the Zola Clan, she has the same age (20 years old) as Zolaman. But sometimes she might be too arrogant to Emi and Amory for stupidly not paying attention to their missions. Her ability is to disguise as being kind to villains and to capture with her power. Sometimes or rarely she often beats up Zolaman.
Zolagirl was only 7 when she flees her hometown from chaos and apocalypse. But when she’s at Whiteville, she entered Dr. Jolileo’s shrine. She was a Taekwondo master and she completed all the lessons taught by Dr. Jolileo. When she turns into 20 years old, she was being graduated in Dr. Jolileo’s shrine, she signed the agreement and Dr. Jolileo gave her a transform ring and she was ready to leave the shrine.
She was claimed to be Zolaman’s friend after arriving to his house. She was brave enough, that she can fight for love!
- Zola No.2 (Zaru) (Voiced by Takasha Smith)
An unidentified robot-looking cat that was found in the Stack Shop earlier, but Zolaman rushed to the store and buys the robot cat for 550 won. When he arrives at his home, Zolaman tested, but the problem that is too small and it looks like a toy.
But the robot cat transforms into a living anthropomorphic robot creature. He was a medium robot anthropomorphic cat, Zolaman didn’t know it could transform itself. He named Zola No.2, but his real name is Zaru. He can talk to Zolaman and communicate with others. But Zolaman asked if Zaru needs to join the Zola Clan. Zaru was interested, and Zolaman gives Zaru powers, he accepted the decision and joins the Zola Clan. He was Zolaman’s helper.
- Amory (Voiced by Mika Todd)
Amory lives next near to Zolaman’s house. She is a member of Zola Clan. When she transforms into a hero, she becomes Zolahunder. Zolahunder is a thunder/light/forest element, which she generates thunder and forest into her powers into her magic. Amory is only cuter than Zolagirl, it’s because of her hair. She has a best personality on Zolaman. She might be too bossy for Zolagirl and Emi for being too sarcastic to Zolaman. Amory is 22 years old.
She finished Whiteland University, when she was 18, went to Dr. Jolileo’s shrine. She was a mastermind for thinking strategies. When she finished the advanced lessons given by Dr. Jolileo. 2 years later, she graduated from Dr. Jolileo’s shrine, she signed the agreement with Dr. Jolileo, He gives Amory the transformation ring, and she walked back home from his shrine.
She was brave enough, that she was super strong and will fight for trustworthiness!
- Emi (Voiced by Brianna Gentilella)
Emi was a great athlete in the Whiteland. She won so many championships and awards in the past, despite being retired from being an athlete, She was 26 when she retired too early. She was a member of the Zola Clan. Unlike Amory, when she transformed into a hero, She becomes Zolamoon. Zolamoon is a dark/moon element, which she uses her powers to transform her magic into moon elements. Her helmet spike was made by moon materials. She lives at her moon castle with her guards and her queen and king with her majesty. She was beautiful and gorgeous its because of her style. In the rare occasions, she might beat up Zolaman unlike Zolagirl did. She has a best friend with Zolagirl. Sometimes she might be stubborn to Zack for some reason.
Emi retired being a master athlete at 26, which it made her to move into Dr. Jolileo’s shrine for her dreams becoming a 4th Zola Clan hero, she arrives at Dr. Jolileo’s shrine for advanced training skills. 4 years later, when she finished her training, She was graduated by Dr. Jolileo. Dr Jolileo give her a transformation ring and Emi thanked him later. She arrives in her moon castle with her transformation ring and tells her king and her queen that she will transform incase of a situation in the Whiteland.
She was loyal and brave enough, that she was super powerful and will fight for caring!
- Zack (Voiced by Ron Rubin)
In the Aqulantis, Under the sea-Zack was living in Coral Springs in his unusual-looking coral reef house. He was a merman, when he gets into surface, he becomes a normal stick man in Whiteland Beach. Zack was a good swimmer, he learned a few strokes since he was little. He was a member of the Zola Clan. When he transformed into a hero, He became Zolaqua. Zolaqua is a water element, that he generates water and bubbles from his magic to create the power from it. (He was the only one hero wearing a cape.) He has a best personality on Zolaman. In the rare occasions, he might be scolded by Zolagirl and Amory (especially Emi) for being too weird.
He had his mom before since he was adopted at 5. At the age of 27, He realizes that his mom went missing, but it only remains was his own dad. Zack’s Dad was a leader of the Aqulantis. He protects the citizens of Aqulantis from upcoming danger by Black Hood Gang or Kujapa. Zack’s Dad was friendly to Zack, Zola Clan, Magic Z and Zola Clan’s allies.
Zack was only little when he was just a regular stickman. But when he was on the beach, he found a diamond on the shore but he realized he can’t swim. he was too shy he tried to collect the diamond and the big wave made him to go underwater. He can’t breathe that he was unable to swim. He catches his breath from a magic bubble, that it made him to breathe underwater temporarily. He was being raised by the mermaids and took him to the underwater kingdom. The king examined him and he said he was just trying to get the diamond out of the shore. He accepted the decision and the king turned him into a merman. He can breathe underwater and can swim but till then, he thanked the king and got off the shore and went to Dr. Jolileo’s shrine for 30 miles.
9 years later, he was only 17. He was a water mastermind when Dr. Jolileo gave him an underwater lessons on his hidden facility. 10 years later, he was 27 years old and he was graduated in Dr. Jolileo’s shrine and Zack thanked him and was given as a transformation ring. The only one transformation ring works on water only. He waved goodbye to Dr. Jolileo and walked back to the beach and arrived back in Coral Springs with his unusual house.
He was brave and kind enough, that he was so powerful and will fight for kindness!

Dr. Jolileo was a Zola Clan’s master. He only lives at his shrine. Since after the Zolaman’s parents disappearance, he later raised Zolaman. He teaches Zolaman how to be a Zola Clan hero. He tells Zolaman his own story when Dr. Jolileo defeated the bad wizard in the past and evacuated the Zola Island from apocalypse. (His age is currently unknown at this time.)
He also gives Zolaman some power. He also teaches magic and spell lessons for Zolaman, Zolagirl, Amory, Emi and Zack. Dr. Jolileo has a best personality for Zolaman, since he raised him in a past. Dr. Jolileo was a nice, friendly and heartwarming master. He intends to level up or evolve Zolaman and Zolagirl’s power suit in his facility if it needs more power or requires to evolve. Black Hood Gang[]
- Hooded Man (Voiced by Kim Young-Chan)
He was the leader and a villain in Black Hood Gang. Despite his mother went missing, (In the pilot, his mother was here) he became a multi-millionaire and he owns his criminal organization, called Black Hood Corporation. He has a very greedy and materialistic personality, and he was a true rival and an enemy to Zolaman. He might be rude to Zaru for knowing that he works for Dr. Devil’s plans. (But he did not.) He only wears a hood.
His favourite goal is stealing something rich, and valuable that was related to him. He was rich criminal and he likes to steal anything from the bank, museum artifacts and jewelry. (In Season 3, he owns the 16 zodiac transformation ring that was from an ancient museum earlier.) He has a best personality on Sunglasses Man, Spider-Man and Masked Man for helping him stealing his expensive favourites. He was about 32 years old, but he dreams to be a rich billionaire criminal.
He only gimmicks as an intelligent character, but he appears to be a poor cook who can’t boil ramen properly. Sometimes, he might be a fool as well, he might be a huge tsundere to others. He was left-handed. He was appeared to be a cyborg, but he uses his electric shock powers to trap the police from catching him. When his battery was critically low, he shuts down and stops functioning.
He often beats up Bojagiman for not securing his multi-million dollar mansion its because of the Zola Clan entering his mansion. He claims to be Kkuja’s friend for various reasons. In Season 6, He intends to burn or destroy the Sleepy Man’s restaurant with his gang in a help of Banggu-Pung’s request to take over the restaurant’s popularity. In Season 4, he tells Banggupoong that Poong blackmailed his company for extra money and profits, but leading him to call Colonel Banggu to investigate the incident.
- Spider-Man (Voiced by Dan Russell)
The first member of the Black Hood Corporation, the right-hand villain of Hooded Man. He has a best personality of Hooded Man, but if you look closely at this character, the motif is an ability to attack with spewing long webs in the air. When the boss’ mother comes into Hooded Man’s Secret facility, he turns into a spider and hides from it. He was 26 years old.
He even helped Hooded Man to steal the museum’s belongings from the artifacts. He always at work with Hooded Man, Sunglasses Man and Masked Man. However, he shows his foolishness as the series progresses. He doesn’t know Zola Clan rarely, and it caused him to lose and captured by the Zola Clan. In Season 5, he transforms into a sea-spider to breathe underwater. He often uses his mask to knock out of the Zola Clan members.
- Sunglasses Man (Voiced by Park Sung-Tae)
The second member of the Black Hood Corporation, who works as a mercenary for Hooded Man. He always wear sunglasses all the time. In the fact, he usually changes his sunglasses color one by one. Everyone recognizes him because of his sunglasses, but he refused to take off his sunglasses all the time. He gained his power after the magic given by Hooded Man, he has an ability to use his sunglasses like a shuriken to attack the Zola Clan and his glasses multiplied by itself. He’s only 27 years old. He has a best personality on Hooded Man and Spider-Man.
He was good at cooking ramen. Despite his leader being a poor cook, he helps him to boil ramen properly.
- Masked Man (Voiced by TBA)
The third member of the Black Hood Corporation. He also was a part of the unidentified martial arts group called Masked Martial Arts. He also works as the Hooded Man’s helper. He has a best personality on Hooded Man, Spider-Man and Sunglasses Man. After being learned on Masked Martial Arts, he has an ability to do super-punch and super-kick. He intends to help his gang to defeat the Zola Clan in season 3, but it was failed and its defeated by Zolahunder. Being a rival and an enemy to Zolahunder, he has bad intentions on Zolahunder. He was about 25 years old.
- Nina (Voiced by TBA)
The fourth member of the Black Hood Corporation. She was the only woman working in part of Hooded Man’s criminal company (Black Hood Corporation). She always wanted expensive beauty that suits for her. She wasn’t a cyborg like Hooded Man, she’s a regular stickwoman. She was a mastermind at cooking ramen. People fall love with her its because of her extraordinary beauty standards. She wanted to steal expensive beauty and exotic perfumes which this was her favourites. Pretty and Zolagirl were angry and jealous at Nina its because of her looks, which it made her to go at the fashion and makeup competition. She was far-left handed villain and she loves Hooded Man. She has yellow hair, purple hood and black dress. She is about 30 years old. She hates anyone being ugly from it, when she gets a nightmare from getting her ugly, she wakes up and screams. She has a best personality on Sunglasses Man, Spider-Man and Masked Man for helping her. When Hooded Man tries to cook ramen good, she later helps him for good.
When she’s at the Hoody Man, she serves expensive ramen and sushi for Hoody Man’s costumers. She treated like a queen and goddess. She might not know Banggupoong because she was later suspicious. She intends to fight Zola Clan with her own belt, but it was weak for her. She has a worst personality on Zolagirl and Pretty. When she was defeated, she waves white flag (unlike Swordsman did), and was captured By Zola Clan and Sleepy Man to permanently close Hoody Man.
In Season 12, Episode 2, The Zola Clan switched Nina’s makeup and clothing during the fashion show match, she wasn’t aware of Zola Clan switching expensive makeup and clothing, She puts on cheap, ugly makeup and clothing. After the dressing and preparation ends, when she’s at the stage, Nina was revealed to be incredibly ugly and disgusting lady. Nina realizes that the Zola Clan switched her makeup and clothing not belonging to her, the crowd got sick of her and the crowd booed at her. She screamed and runs away, within the judges rated 0/10 for her.
Within Zolagirl’s winning fashion streak, she was revealed to be incredibly attractive and pretty, while the crowd cheered and applauded to her when Pretty was participated in the fashion contest. The judges give both trophies to Zolagirl and Pretty despite being tied. She was defeated by Zolaman, Zolaqua, Zolahunder and Zolamoon outside the stage and was captured.
- Bojagiman ◯ (Voiced by Walter Lewis)
A weird character who always prepares bojagi. When Hooded Man ordered him to guard his multi-million dollar mansion, but instead of guarding the mansion, he got distracted by Zolamoon, giving extra lunch wrapped with bojagi, which she was a member of Zola Clan. He didn’t realize that the Zola Clan are heroes. When he got caught by Hooded Man wrapping bojagi in his lunch, he was beaten up by Hooded Man and he runs away. He rarely appears in every episodes! He was about 21 years old.
- Colonel Banggu ◯ (Voiced by Toby Proctor)
Hooded Man’s Uncle. He doesn’t seem to be a villain, but apparently he was served in DMZ. He was a good boss to Hooded Man. He doesn’t know Zola Clan yet, but he’s later suspicious. When he founds out that his son was a multi-millionaire person, He praises him and gives him gifts. He was being appeared on Hooded Man’s Secret Lair for his assistance. Since he was a soldier and an assistant, he was able to pass the DMZ race safely because all the soldiers were under his command. In season 4, he introduced Banggupoong to Hooded Man after Hooded Man made Banggu-Pung steal the Sleepy Man’s Secret Ramen Formula from Sleepy Man’s restaurant. He doesn’t know Poong yet, since Poong works at W.O.S.A. He was about 47 years old.
- Banggupoong ◯ (Voiced by Denis Akiyama)
The nephew of Colonel Banggu. Strictly speaking, he was not a member of the Black Hood Corporation nor a villain, He has a very rude personality who speaks informally in front of Sleepy Man’s customers from the moment they meet him and boldly picks both his noses in front of Sleepy Man’s customers. He has a good personality of Hooded Man, since Hooded Man told him to steal the Sleepy Man’s Secret Ramen Formula to run a restaurant called, Hoody Man. He has black hair on his back, and wears a big red tie. He was confirmed to be at least 37 years old.
For stupid reasons he was a frenemy to Zolaman, but in the movie version, he later hugged Zolaman worrying he might be dead earlier after the final fight between Kryptonite. (Banggupoong hugging Zolaman with happiness in the movie version was a very rare occurrence.) In Season 17, He temporarily joins the Zola Clan with Zolaman without Dr. Jolileo knowing from it, he transforms into goddess angel which the 3 angels were kicked out of Angelville for various reasons.
In Season 4, Banggupoong told Zaru the truth that his dad was worked for the company and Dr. Devil who is testing Zolaman’s powers in Zolaman’s power suit and later betrayed him and wasn’t his dad anymore. Zolahunder told him to distract Poong by arguing with him. After arguing with Poong, he flees Whiteland Observatory Security Agency and returns into Zola Clan HQ and urges the Zola Clan to take down Poong’s action’s whatever Poong has to do something with Zolaman’s powers.
In Season 5, He was waiting at the docks, he accidentally fell into the ocean and was trying to swim back into surface, but the group of fishes rescued him and made him to use the magic bubble to breathe underwater permanently.
- Poong ◯ (Voiced by Chris Phillips)
Banggupoong’s rival. He was being an opposite of Banggu-Pung. He was being portrayed working as a mercenary for Black Hood Corporation, which he has good ties with Colonel Banggu. But he may not know Hooded Man since he cheated him within the company trying to blackmail from it. He was a viciously evil and a bad guy. But his personality remains narcissistic. Instead of his doing proper work on Black Hood Corporation, he was being hired by an unknown person (believed to be Dr. Devil) who was the CEO of the Whiteland Observatory Security Agency. The W.O.S.A (Whiteland Observatory Security Agency) works for the company that only tests or acquire any substances from other planets including uranium, mercury and others. He appears to have a blue bow tie, black hair on back, with 2 ahoges on forehead. He was about 35 years old.
Instead of being a rare material or substance lab company, it was being disguised as the magic and spell testing observatory. Poong was interested and he took the part-time job. When he finishes the part-time job, he became a CEO and try to steal any materials from Zolaman’s magic from Dr. Jolileo’s secret laboratory. But instead, he wanted to steal the powers from Zola Clan, once he steals the powers from Zola Clan HQ, he tests on Zola Clan’s magic powers and hopes to become the unstoppable villain, stealing Zola Clan’s powers.
After Banggupoong accuses him of stealing Zola Clan’s powers from Dr. Jolileo’s secret lab, Later, he wasn’t Banggupoong’s dad anymore because he was a most wanted criminal, He deliberately hates and accuses Hooded Man, Banggupoong and Zolaman for lies telling that he blackmailed Black Hood Corporation for money and profit for Zolaman’s magic powers (fraud?). After breaking ties with Colonel Banggu, he was captured by Zola Clan and the police arrested him and sent back to jail with the villain prisoners.
Kujapa[]
- Kkuja (Voiced by Tino Isana)
The leader of Kujapa. He appears to be bald, short height and brown shoes. Most likely, he teases Da Quang for various reasons. He was known as Honna’s older brother. He has a good relationship on Hooded Man, since he was being helped by the other gangs. He gains his powers at his own shrine, which its located in Blackland. He intends to defeat Zolaman with his powers, but it was failed. He was secretly being friends with Zack, whom he intended him to return back with Golden Dragonfruit Tree owned by at least 1,500 won. He has a good personality on Da Quang, Smekiri, but he does not know Shuriken Girl and Samuraiman for unknown reasons. He was about at least 57 years old.
In Season 5, He intends to ride a sea dragon underwater with his gang since he intended to swim underwater sometimes.
- Honna ◯ (Voiced by Yoon Sewoong)
The first member of Kujapa. He was known as Kkuja’s younger brother. He appears to be very large, and he’s a sumo wrestler. He weighs about 620 kilograms, he didn’t even nod when he was hit or being shot by the frozen ball by Water Gun Man and Snowman Man. Nor he could talk. He has blonde hair. (In Zolaman Gunz he appears to have black hair) is about 33 years old. He has an ability to roll as a big ball to knock out of Zola Clan members and Magic Z members.
- Da Quang (Voiced by Tom Clarke-Hill)
Smekiri’s younger brother, whose name comes from Danmuji(?). He’s so stupid that he can't tell front from his back, and he’s mostly likely who gets teased by Kkuja. His ninja skills wasn’t that bad, but sometimes it can get little weird. He has powers to knock out Zola Clan, but later after the Zolaman’s power increases, he increases his power up to 10% to defeat Zola Clan. But after that. It was defeated by Zola Hat and was later defeated by Zola Clan and was captured.
- Smekiri (Voiced by Mark Swift)
Da Quang Hyung. The origin of his name is Hyung-Shin Chan. He’s not particularly stupid, nor his ninja skill’s are too bad. He’s an ordinary ninja. Perhaps because of this, He’s less important than his younger brother. When he finds out Da Quang was defeated by Zola Clan, he got involved and he starts to fight Zola Clan with his ninja skills instead of magic powers.
- Swordsman (Voiced by TBA)
He was the strongest villain all the time. He uses his sword to fight and knock out Sleepiness Master when he was in fight with him. He was the only few people who could overwhelmingly use his strength with his own sword that he could use his ability to defeat Zola Clan and Magic Z! Due to the failure fighting the Zola Clan, it was later defeated by Zola Hat. When his swords got even broken by Zolagirl, he waves white flag and was defeated by Zola Clan. When teaming up with Shuriken Girl, he uses Super Sword that it could cut a watermelon in half!
- Shuriken Girl (Voiced by TBA)
The only lady being a villain in Kujapa, she uses her sharp shuriken to knock out Zola Clan. Zolaman got scared and dodges flying shurikens in front of the tree. But she has an overwhelmingly strong personality with Swordman who defeated Zola Clan which this was first time. She has an ability that her shurikens multiply by 5! She intends to capture Zola Clan with yarn balls, but it was strong enough that it will turn into hard yarn! But she fights with Black Hood Corporation, Kujapa and Bandit Group for taking her villain reputation down, Which she was betrayed by Coal King.

He was just a catboy, and he uses fluffy yarn to soothe the pain in Yarnitta’s members, but the fluffy yarn is not friendly to Zola Clan, instead it turned into a voodoo yarn to adjust and stretch to knock out Zola Clan. He hates water but if the fluffy yarn ends up in water, it makes the yarn soggy and loses powers.

The leader of the Bad Fish Gang. He was just a piranha, but he lives in Aqulantis. He has a black bandana on it, with an eyepatch. Trixie is good at swimming. He creates bad potions for anyone so it could turn Zola Clan mermaids into regular stickmans so they cannot breathe underwater. He was known as a witch at the Bad Fish Secret Hideout. Since he has good ties with Hooded Man and his gang, so he turns Hooded Man into sea cyborg to function underwater, He and Hooded Man created anti-underwater potions. He may not know Magican since he hates fire.
When he’s at the surface, he cannot breathe air and later chokes into intoxication from carbon dioxide. He needs water helmet to live in Whiteopolis. He has a best personality with Hooded Man and with his gang. Trixie may not know Kujapa and Bandit Group. He also uses water tornado to knock out Zola Clan, Super Mermaid and Merman. He also helps Hooded Man to steal the Golden Anchor that was from the broken 100-year old pirate ship.
In the meantime, he was being captured by Zola Clan and Sir. Wade, who was being held in underwater custody.

The second member of the Bad Fish Gang. He was known as a pufferfish, he was being used as a shield against Zola Clan’s attacks. He blows bubbles from his mouth and he pops the bubble by using his spikes to deter attacks against Super Mermaid and Merman. He often uses his spikes to attack Zola Clan and returns his spikes into his head. His weakness was being an idiot, but he got distracted by Zolaman and Sir. Wade earlier. He intends to puff his own head and he floats himself. When he blows, he turns his head into normal size. He has a best personality with Trixie. Sometimes he maybe even float up into surface.

The third member of the Bad Fish Gang. Catto was known as an octopus similar to Kaj, but he intends to shoots ink in front of Zola Clan. He also wears a eyepatch similar to Trixie. He has an ability to shoot multiple sticky ink particles to deter attacks against Zola Clan. Often he accidentally shoots ink in front of villain’s allies thinking that were from Zola Clan.

He was able to shoot some hot water blaster into the air so it can burn like a volcano, but to deter attacks from Zola Clan the hot water blaster could multiply by 4! He was the strongest, despite being tied with Colonel Banggu and Swordsman being friends with him. But unfortunately, he lost his abilities from Zola Clan that it made him to go crazy. He has best ties with Hooded Man and Magican.

Zolaman has received positive reviews from worldwide critics particularly for its appeal to different age groups, and the show has earned numerous awards and accolades throughout its run. Kim Ehwan of DONG-A PUBLISHING CO., LTD from Seoul, South Korea described the title character as "Nickelodeon Version of Sailor Moon and Power Rangers".
According to Laura Fries of Variety magazine, “The series is little childish, but thoughtful and inventive cartoon about a hopelessly optimistic and brave stickman warrior ... Devoid of the double entendres rife in today's animated TV shows, this is purely tween’s and kids’ stuff... However, that's not to say that Zolaman is sometimes cowardliness or even laziness. It's heart-kinded and bravery, but suitable for teens and college-aged kids, as well."
The New York Times' critic Joyce Millman said “Zolaman is considered funny and heroic without being impenetrable to young viewers and goofy without boring grown-ups to tears. It's the most funny and heroic cartoon on television, and particularly inspired by SpongeBob SquarePants-and one of the weirdest. And it's also good, funny, and not too gawky which makes sense because it is, after all, about a stickman."
Joyce Millman wrote, "His relentless heroic and bravery action would be irritating if he weren't so darned so silly and his world so excellently fared with the transformation part with his fans… It’s kinda inspirational by Sailor Moon. Sometimes or often this might be filled with fart and poop jokes inside the show combining wild sense of humour, Unlike Zolaman Gunz. Like the films unlike Ponyo, Zolaman transforms into a warrior that it could include the seriousness of the situation happening around the Whiteland.”
In Tokyo, Japan in late 2025, the Weekly Shōnen Magazine described this Nickelodeon TV series, “Bizarre, yet very fun and funny, but particularly opposes the settings in the Whiteland, which it also includes the seriousness of the villainesses which occurred in the series, but bursts out into outcry of laughter instead of dull depression.” The reviewers give the television series 20 out of 10 due to the higher ratings in demand.

There was a concept but a sequel but a same style of the franchise, but non-blood-heavy gun but comedy manga series called Zolaman Gunz (졸라맨 건즈). The manga was released in February 10, 2007 and the author is Unit Pictures, and the publisher is Damteo Media. The manga was targeted for tweens and teenager audiences. (In Canada and USA 13+, South Korea 7+) It has only 3 seasons (40 volumes) and a special manga series. Each manga contains the game CD version of it. (Except for the two season 3 manga.) (The developers of the CD games are Unit Pictures and Damteo Media.) The manga was shipped internationally worldwide with 300 million copies within the international dubs of it.
In 2015, it was halted the production after this but discontinued in May 15, 2019. They are no more volumes released in early 2020s. Due to the western controversy on the manga, the reviews said that it wasn’t good enough its because the firearms aren’t used well at this time. It stopped shipping the manga to the USA and it was banned in United States of America because due to the reviewer and parent concerns of the manga may promote gun violence against kids and elementary schoolers. In this time, Kim Deuk Heon had no plans to make the franchise’s sequel into a movie or a TV series. (Eventually he did.)

Due to the end of Adobe Flash Player’s service in December 31, 2020, The franchise became very successful in early 2000s to late 2010s, It was loved by many Korean kindergarteners around South Korea.
In May 3, 2021, Kim Deuk Heon decided to make a concept of his flash franchise adapted by Nickelodeon to keep the franchise alive. The concept of the TV Series was Zolaman, but he said the series concept is the same format of Zolaman’s flash franchise (directly for Ani One version), but the Nickelodeon version of the original franchise was going to be inspired by Power Rangers and Sailor Moon.
3 years later, the Nickelodeon’s request for TV series was delayed until early January 3, 2025, (but the December 13, 2024 there was a pilot of it) but when, In February 3, 2025, the franchise of the Nickelodeon series was accepted.

In June 24, 2025, Kim Deuk Heon and Arizona Shanez wanted Nintendo to make a virtual pet game based on the sequel, “Zolaman, I’m Bored, Come Play with Me!” But with a same sequel name. The game was based on Hey You, Pikachu!. The game will be released on consoles and Nintendo Switch in August 2, 2025. Zolaman, I’m Bored, Come Play with Me! was a three-dimensional spinoff virtual game that was created by Unit Pictures, Damteo Media and Nintendo.
The player’s is asked to help with Dr. Jollieo to test the device called “ZolaHelper”. A device that lets to communicate with Zolaman, and other characters in Whiteland. The game was set in Whiteville, where the player was introduced by wild Zolaman, and the player was able to communicate him with a microphone or a headphone recorder. Along with speaking Zolaman, the microphone recognition allows to move around and gather items.
Once the player earns Zolaman’s trust, it will come and live in the player's house. There are about three different activity days: Zolaman’s Daring Days, Zola Discovery Days, and Zola Play Days. Each day has a different objective (e.g. collecting food, going fishing, collecting seashells from underwater, and finding jungle artifacts.) and the player can earn Zola Points, the currency can be used at Hoody Man to unlock new items. After 365 play days, Dr. Jolileo notifies the player that wild Zolaman must be released immediately. After Zolaman was released, He waves “goodbye” to the player 3 times and goes back to his home.
Banggupoong was appeared as Zolaman’s researcher, but when Zolaman was looking for better play (or mildly-neglected or otherwise not taking care of him well or by the player) that wasn’t a game or he escapes, he will find him for a range of 5 to 30 minutes, after the limit, Banggupoong will return Zolaman and he will find the player’s location and sets Zolaman down in front of the player, but he was disappointed or unsatisfactory for player’s negligence from Zolaman.

Zolaman: The Musical was adapted as a stage musical directed by Ahn Young-Mi. Zolaman: The Musical was premiered in Yoshio Kuno Concert Venue in 2026, Tokyo, Japan. It was opened in FirstOntario Concert Hall with an opening ceremony in April 2027. The musical opened to critical acclaim, and tied for most-nominated production at the 2033 34th Emmy Awards with 18 Emmy nominations.

Based on the former flash animation franchise debuted in 2000, The movie will be premiered in April, 1 2026, with Paramount and Disney+. The movie will be as a three-dimensional Dreamworks film and will be filmed by Dreamworks Animation, SAMG Entertainment and Colombia Pictures. (And will be adapted by Damteo Media) Kim Deuk Heon wanted Dreamworks to include his former flash franchise into a movie, but Amory, Emi and Zack are not appeared on the movie.
It’s the current year on 1998. Whiteland was established by the mayor, but the snow fairy appears and the mayor placed the fairy on the throne. 20 years later, somewhere in Whiteland, Zolaman was born in Zolaville, Zola Island with his parents. He was raised by parents and took much care of him. When Zolagirl was born, she was a family member. Both parents took care of Zolaman and Zolagirl. 3 years later, when Zolaman finds out that his parents were terrified, they told him to look at the window and they saw Dr. Jolileo fighting the unknown witch and Magican causing a wreckage around Zolaville.
Zolaman wakes up Zolagirl, and parents told both Zolaman and Zolagirl to flee the island with Dr. Jolileo. Dr. Jolileo took Zolaman and Zolagirl since parents were crying and terrified, Dr. Jolileo carries baby Zolaman and Zolagirl and flees into Whiteville for their safety, He and both babies arrived at his shrine. Dr. Jolileo took care of Zolaman and Zolagirl, He gives both superpowers to them until they grew up to be adults 20 years later. When they are both 20 years old, they thanked him and they go back into Whiteopolis.
When they are in Whiteopolis, they noticed that somethings is not right. It was Hooded Man and his gang steals the expensive stuff belonging for the bank, jewelry stores and artifacts from museum, which he was greedy enough for his favourites and the police trying to catch him and his gang, and the infamous ninja gang pretending being as a normal ninjas from Blackland called, Kujapa. Kkuja was a leader of Kujapa, but he appears to be shorter, and bald. The other ninjas are Da Quang and Smekiri. And the other one was Swordman. Swordsman was the strongest villain and he said he was a teacher of Da Quang and Smekiri. His influence is overwhelmingly great in the strength of Kujapa's power and fighting power, and he is one of the few people in the organization who knows how to use his head.
And the last villain, was Coal King (Great Demon King). He was the wizard’s master, he casually floats around, the villain’s boss is The Magician, whom is the final boss. He invaded Zola Island long time ago with the unknown witch and massacred all but four of the Zola warriors and villagers who might be his obstacles. He gathered his subordinates to conquer the world with Kryptonite and targeted Zolaman and Zolagirl, and for this purpose, he joined hands with the Black Hood Gang and Kujapa (especially Yarnitta and Bad Fish Gang). When the Magician was defeated by Zolaman and Zolagirl, The next final boss is Kryptonite. Kryptonite threatens to destroy Whiteopolis, but Zolaman and Zolagirl transforms into warriors to stop this madness from Kryptonite and saves the whole world!

Similar to the manga’s sequel, The movie will be premiered in cinemas in December 29, 2032. The movie will be adapted as a two-dimensional Nickelodeon film and it will be filmed by Warner Bros, Colombia Pictures and SAMG Entertainment.
The current year is 2147 CE. Nebula was a leader despite Aekku-Ma-Wang captured Potion Girl earlier, Nebula placed Potion Girl into a futuristic prison, in the news headlines that the news reporter said that Potion Girl went missing, Aekku-Ma-Wang retired for being a villain and replaced Nebula for it. Nebula approximately had friends with Ghost and Magican who was a part of her plans. Nebula became a final boss and she spawned random unknown invader bots around the space. Nebula was an alien that her head represents a hexagon and she has dark purple sclera.
After Traus died from this incident, Nebula got mad at her allies and hired an unusual alien-like human named Ninjiko. Ninjiko was a girl with a light pink hair and with a nurse hat on her. She was holding a large green syringe containing uranium and acid. She wasn’t a cyborg or an alien. It isn’t known how she was a stickman or any individuals related to her. She remains very powerful and unstoppable. Magican falls love with Nebula and threatens anyone within saying that wasn’t his hometown, threatening to destroy the planet Whiteland and Earth. He was part of Nebula, and he helps her in case of her involvement between the Zola Allies.
In planet Takuhatara, Zolaman lives between Nori’s house, but due to a threat of violence against Ninjiko and Nebula, Zolaman, Zolagirl, Zaru, Nori, Kkuja and Hooded Man and others are in top notch to stop and defeat Nebula and save and rescue Potion Girl from Nebula and return back to planet Whiteland and turn everything back to normal what Nebula have done.
Zolaman Gunz: The Rise of Redlands[]

The movie will be premiered in cinemas in July 27, 2029 and the movie is based on the manga Zolaman Gunz. The movie will be adapted as a three-dimensional Nickelodeon and Disney film and its still be filmed by Colombia Pictures, Warner Bros, Toei Animation and SAMG Entertainment, (but will be adapted by Unit Pictures and Damteo Media.) Kim Deuk Heon said that movie setting will be futuristic instead of present times.
The year 2057 was arrived. After defeating the Eviland’s enemies and the final boss, The Eviland is in the merge of extinction, Whiteland and both Eveland is now in complete apocalypse and almost unhabitable (because the snow fairy was being captured by both Eviland chiefs), Dr. Devil was severely injured by Meteorite and Kryptonite betrayed by him for retiring. The war is not ended yet, the previous villains were defeated by both Zolaman and Zolagirl and their allies, both chiefs of Eviland Meteorite and Kryptonite were mad and take revenge on Zolaman’s Gang, which it hired an unstoppable villain, named Vii.
Vii has no gender (non-binary?), He/she was a cyborg like Hooded Man- He/She has red hair, large scar on his/her eye, black bandana and a dark red cape. Vii was much more powerful than anyone else, he/she made it impossible to defeat him/her. The villain was claimed to be time traveller, and was born in future. When he/she was almost defeated, he/she will lose his/her sanity and transforms into alien-like monster. When Vii took over Whitleland, it turned the city into Redlands. The Redlands is dangerously unsafe for stickmans and humans to live here.
The sun turned red instead of yellow due to Vii’s powers presence, people in Planet Earth, Whiteland, Takuhatara and Mars are examining and looking the sun, but its a sign of the humanity’s danger, verging on solar system’s potential extinction.
But Zolaman, Zolagirl, Dr. Jolileo, Black Hood Gang (Hooded Man’s gang), Kujapa (Kkuja’s Gang), Takuhatara’s alien gang, Bandit Group (Magican) and other gangs including Meru* took a large stance against Vii, the unstoppable villain threatening to took over solar system and try to defeat Meteorite and Kryptonite for helping Vii to destroy the solar system, and try to rescue the snow fairy to return back to her throne and to restart the solar system’s life to normal.
*Meru is the only human living on the planet Whiteland whom escaped from Earth due to the intense climate change.

A spin-off, entitled Banggu-Pong!, was put into development by Nickelodeon in late 2028. It will feature Banggupoong living in Catville instead of Whiteopolis. But they will transform into warrior rangers to save the entire world from evilnesses including Dr. Devil and Cynthia from dominating the whole world, but it will end up being in a stupid or sticky situation in Catville. Due to the presence of franchise’s popularity, Zolaman the flash animation franchise went popular in early 2000s to late 2010s, After the franchise’s return, this was reported after the franchise was owned by both Walt Disney and Nickelodeon (an agreement between Kim Deuk Heon.), the franchise was generated and estimated about $94 billlon CAD/USD (126,061,041,540,000.00 South Korean Won) in merchandising revenue for Nickelodeon and Disney. Zolaman was viewed about 179 countries speaking 28 languages (Mainly Japanese and Korean) and it became (the most recognizable franchise ever created). There is an exclusive editions of Zolaman’s games, plushies, books, toys, surprises boxes, backpacks and lunch boxes and more around the world.
Miniso[]
The franchise has gotten much international attention after the return of the former flash animation franchise since April 2000. Since Zolaman became popular in Japan, Miniso promoted the Nickelodeon franchise and the limited edition of the Zolaman’s series action figures and plushies. Inspired by the original old franchise, it was placed in shelves. (It was also the Zolaman Nickelodeon franchise plushies was placed on shelves, too.) The limited edition of Zolaman’s Miniso figures were released in September 2025 and it contains about 7 series. (It only includes the rare version of Miniso’s Zolaman Gunz action figures.) The Zolaman Gunz discontinued manga was placed and shelved on local libraries and Miniso.
There is only over 100 common figures, 20 rare figures, 5 legendary figures and only one mythical figure inside the box. The current rarest Zolaman action figure is Sakura Kkuja. Sakura Kkuja is the rarest action figure, In the box there was a probability of at least 1 in 5,000 to get the chance to acquire the figure.
McDonald’s[]
In May 4, 2027, there is a limited edition of the Zolaman’s McDonald’s kids happy meal, it includes a small plushies inside in every each happy meal. There is small books based on the character’s plushies. And every meal inside is Zolaman-themed snacks and sliced apples. An ultra rare limited edition of McDonald’s Kimchi-flavoured dip and Capsong-flavoured Spicy dip was in stock with a honoured of the unique flavour of Sleepy Man’s Ramen recipe in South Korea.

- Banggu-Pung realizes that he wasn’t his dad anymore. His fake dad (Poong) that Banggu-Pung realized that he was a most-wanted criminal (Zaru told him by telling the truth), Poong betrayed him and became Zola Clan’s friend.
- In Season 8, Kit was an autistic neko superhero that she was supposed to trap the criminals of Whiteland, not the police. (Kit was appeared as Dr. Jolileo’s cat, but Dr. Idiot took Kit into his laboratory to turn her into a villain, but instead it turned into a neko hero.) She was giant neko hero. When Kit realized that she does something wrong, she cried and slowly walked away to Dr. Jolileo’s shrine, but when the Zola Clan called her for help, Kit took revenge on criminal gangs for beating up the Zola Clan, and successfully put criminals back to jail and the police officers praised Kit.
