Disney reboot of the 1980's series since Bill Scott's death in 1985. Where the adventure acts as an anthology of the Land of Wuzz ,discovered by Six 12 year old friends discovered it in an accident. While trying to save a neighborhood from a greedy businessman and vile Wuzzles from the classic series. Here's a petition for The Wuzzles to have a reboot/revival.

- Grady Jackson (Max Charles) - Main protagonist who is trying to save his home, he befriends Bumblelion, who acts as his partner. He is a 12 year old boy born from Winter Grove, He is a good hearted boy from a Western point of view. He lives with his family in Bumblelion's Hive House to be close to the Land of Wuzz.
- Cameron Miller (Felix Alvita) - Grady's best friend from Winter Grove, and is a shy and timid boy who often gets bullied. Until Eleroo protects him and teaches the bullies a lesson. He is of Australian Descent and often tries to fit in. He is a friend to Eleroo, who often gives him a ride in his pouch. He lives with his family in Eleroo's Bullvinch Ranch.
- Vincent Darrel (Issac Ryan Brown) - A Brainy kid who often helps Cameron with science homework, He is born from a Skipper Troy Darrel and a Lighthouse owner Bridgette Darrel. He is Moosel's partner and loves to ride in his Chugboat, He is often the one who tries to find a logical solution on how the wuzzles got to be the way they are. He lives with his family in Moosel's lighthouse, where he conducts all of his devices.
- Porter Roscoe (Cathy Wesluck) - A cocky cool kid, who often rides a skateboard, he is often plays on the the Skate Derby. His partner is Rhinokey, whom is also as cocky as he is. He learns his lesson the hardway and apologizes for his misguided attempts of being cool. He is often the one who gets into trouble and leads them to his friends. He is a city boy, and is often the one who judges work, he lives with his family in Rhinokey's tree house.
- Winonna Kirkland (LeShawn Jefferies) - a girl who Vincent has a crush on, who is a girly girl from a family of cooks. She is Hoppo's partner, and both have each others backs from time to time. She is often the one trying to be a voice of reason, when there is trouble, and often reprimands Hoppo for letting vanity get the better of her, She is good hearted and is the one who often makes lunch. She lives with her family in Hoppo's Bunny burrow/ Savannah Hut.
- Michelle Ferris (Aria Curzon) - the Tom-boy of the group, and the one who often tries to not get into trouble. Butterbear is her partner who acts as her conscience. She has feelings for Grady and is often the target for Porter's affections. She is a blonde girl who dresses like the normal tom boys. She lives with her family in Butterbears Cavehouse and works at her garden.
- Horace Granger (Jonathan Adams) - A greedy businessman who plans to control the land, He is trying to buy up the neighborhood and control the people in it. His partner is Crock, who lives with him in the Boathouse at the Lousivanna Cove. Granger serves as the primary antagonist trying to buy up the land and all who tries to defeat the Wuzzles.

- Bumblelion (Corey Feldman) - Grady's partner, who is part Lion and Bumblebee. He unlike his original counterpart can fly, see multiple sides, and has multiple limbs. He is part of a colony of Bumblelions and Bumblelionesses, who is ruled by a queen in Kenyantis (Kenya + Atlantis). He still retains his leadership, and retains his honor of friendships with the other Wuzzles. He has a stinger tail and an expert at Basketbowling.
- Eleroo (Bill Fagerbakke) - Cameron's partner, who is part Asian Elephant and Kangaroo. He still retains his pouch from the original and not a complete cluts. He is part Australian courtesy of being part Kangaroo, he has a cousin in Australasia, his birth home. He is shown to look out for the little guys, he has a Bullvinch ranch, which is similar to a ranch in the outback and an elephant pen, he is also the eyes and ears of the group.
- Moosel (Tom Kenny) - Vincent's partner, who is part Seal and part Moose. He is born from northern Honaluskow, Russwaii. He has a cousin named Leopard Moosel, who is bigger and more of a warrior than he is. He is humble and kind hearted liked his original counterpart, he is good friends with everyone, and loves Liverspinach Sandwiches.
- Rhinokey (Bill Farmer) - Porter's partner, who is part Sumatran Rhino and part Monkey. He is the comic relief of the group who often plays pranks on his friends and often tries to make people laugh. Like his original he often gets in trouble with the law, He often goes to far and always tries to make things right, He has an ancestor named Wooley Rhinokey in his documents. He was born in Sumastan.
- Hoppopotomus (Diane DeLano) - Winnona's partner, who is part Hippopotamus and part Rabbit. She like Eleroo is one of the strongest of the group. She still retains her humorous behavior from the original, and is often agitated with Rhinokey's pranks. She is considered trying to help others have a good time. She is familiar with Jungle areas such as the El Docongo her home. She is often trying to win Bumblelion's heart.
- Butterbear (Hynden Walch) - Michelle's partner, who is part Kodiak Bear and part Monarch butterfly. She is the smallest of the bunch, unlike her original. Like Bumblelion she comes from a colony of Butterbears and she has a special friendship with Bumblelion as well as Michelle. She is also the botanist of the group, she teaches Michelle how to harness a Garden house Hose
- Crock (Kevin Michael Richardson) - Horace's partner, who is part Saltwater Crocodile and part Carnotaurus. unlike his original version, he is more of a predator and more into power than the original. He plans with the help from Granger corporations become mayor of Wuzz. He is twice the size of Eleroo and Hoppo, he is often accompanied by Flizard and Brat.
