Queen Grimhilde
In Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep, the seven dwarves told Aqua that they chased the Wicked Queen away after she poisoned Snow White, while the Magic Mirror claimed that the Queen was gone forever and that he was freed from his services to her. However, contrary to what the Dwarves and the Mirror believed, the Queen did not die after being chased away by them, but was now stuck in the form of the Old Peddlar Woman. She managed to escape her world's destruction, and for 10 years wandered about Hollow Bastion. Just recently, Master Xehanort managed to change her back, and has recruited her to his Syndicate in the hopes of providing the team with her expert magic and potion skills.
Throughout the game, the Queen shares a bit of infatuation for Ansem SOD, and desires that he be her consort at any cost. Unfortunately, she doesn't realize that Ansem is merely manipulating her, using her vanity to lead her to her demise until it is far too late for her to realize this. Once the Queen meets her end at the hands of Riku's Way to Dawn, her heart is capture by Ansem, who uses it as a sacrifice to power the X-blade.
The Queen, personality-wise, shares many traits with Maleficent. Like Maleficent, she is depicted as a vain and jealous individual. She is quite cruel, willing to kill Snow White out of her own jealousy, and shows no kindness to anyone, including her own servants. She also has zero tolerance to failure, punishing anyone who defies or fails her, an example of this is when she turns the Magic Mirror into an Unversed when he refused to attack Terra.
The Queen is known to be an evil witch, which makes her magical in the dark arts. She has control over the Magic Mirror and can make it act according to her bidding.
