Weirdly Funny is a Canadian-American CGI/2D-animated comedy parody sketch TV series produced by Mercury Filmworks, Toon City, and Thunder Studios. The show premiered on August 16, 2019 on Universal Kids.

Plot

Sketches

  • Cat vs. Mouse: The skit is about a cat who wants to to something bad to the mouse for good, but always ends up failing his mission. The skit is inspired by Tom and Jerry, Carl Miller (one of the creators) say that "it's a tribute to one of my childhood favorites, but done in a more unique way."
  • WFBC News: The skit is about Shrek, Felonius Gru from Despicable Me, E.B. from Hop, and Max from The Secret Life of Pets as news reporters for TV channel WFBC (standing for Weirdly Funny Broadcasting Channel), giving the viewer non-existent and hilarious news. The segment always ends with Shrek saying "Now ain't that just crazy?" and Gru saying "And now, we return to another episode of..."
  • Mr. Incredible Thumbwars with _______: The skit is about Mr. Incredible from The Incredibles doing a thumb war with a random character from a random property.
  • 3am Footage: The skit is about cursed footage that happens in the middle of the night, except it's in a strange way.
  • Where In The World Is Megamind?: The skit is about a Where's Waldo-esque game where you challenge trying to find Megamind from the movie with the same name.
  • Ask Mr. Moon: The skit is about Buster Moon from Sing asking various animals' questions.
  • Cooking with Monsieur Terrible: The skit is about a bad chef named Monsieur Terrible who gives the viewer recipes on how to make good-looking food but the recipes end up looking bad.
