It is produced by MoonScoop Group, Decode Entertainment in association with MariaRoseane Feature Animation and Cake Entertainment, TeamTO and Studio Hari with the participation of TF1, in coproduction with Canal+ Family, Télétoon+, Cartoon Network and francetélévisions, Kabillion, and ABC3, and the support of National Center of Cinematography and the moving image (CNC)

Villains Characters

Robots: Various robot turns into Evil appear as antagonist, often causing trouble for Oilew & Peilcky.

UFO: A mischievous UFO that appears in some episodes, leading to chaotic situations

Shadow Rat: A mysterious and shadowy crazy & prankster version of Oilew and Peilcky, Pang The Dog himself, adding an element of intrigue and challenge

Main Characters

Oilew The Rat: The main character, a perpetually unlucky rat who often finds himself in bizarre and unfortunate situations

Peilcky The Rat: Oilew's friend, another rat who frequently gets caught up in Oilew's misadventures.

Pang The Dog: A dog pet character who also appears in the series and interacts with Oilew's Pet dog.
