Uchino Hakazaki (Kanji:墓内野, Hepburn: Hakazaki Uchino) is a major character in Project Zero-X, only mentioned in Project I-X.
Appearance[]
Uchino's a 5'8" (176cm), chestnut eyes with black hairs, pale skins and blocky build.
Later in the series, he dyed his hairs chestnut-blackish, and focused more on upper body build.
Background History[]
He was the late son of Tokisa Shigechi and Misaki, whom real name is My Kim, a Vietnamese exported worker, in a small village of Uchinoai, Koshigaya (where his name is based from). Prior to Uchino, the 2 of his parents have tried to have kids, but both ended up with abortions due to multiple complications.
His family then moves to Doramaki, when he met Ayato. The 2 became best friends since.
Alongside with Ayato, Uchino were signed to SONARTac Team Delta for his excellent resumé. Shortly after the team's failed mission in Ukraine, Uchino went back to Team Alpha and was ranked "Major Sergeant".
Skills[]
-Hacking: Uchino's skill in hacking can be described as "expert". He is certainly a very important piece of the team whatever is the problem.

Ethymology[]
- His name (Uchino) means "among" or "within" (内) and "plains" or "fields" (野)
- His surname (Hakazaki) doesn't have a meaning (the kanji literally means "gravestone")
Trivia[]
- Uchino's favorite band is Nothing's Carved in Stones, and his favorite song from the band is Out of Control (Psycho-Pass S1 2nd OP).
- Uchino's voice-actor is also a Vietnamese living in Japan.
- In most, if not all of the episodes, Uchino communicating with his mother in Vietnamese.
