The Transformers TV Reboot is comprised of 3 animated television series produced by Hasbro entertainment. It aired on the Hub between 2020-2028.
The three series in question are entitled Transformers, Transformers: Elite, and Transformers: Predacons.
Transformers is the main series in question. The series follows Optimus Prime (Peter Cullen) and his team of Autobots defending the human race against Megatron (Hugo Weaving) and his team of Decepticons.
|Optimus Prime||Peter Cullen||The leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime is determined to destroy the evil forces of the Decpticons. Despite his stoic exterior, Optimus cares deeply for his fellow Autobots and the innocent humans of Earth. He believes that freedom is the right of all sentient beings, and he will never give up as long as his spark beats.||Red-and-blue semi-truck|
|Bumblebee||N/A, James Arnold Taylor (briefly)||Optimus Prime's faithful scout and loyal soldier. Though young compared to most of Team Prime, Bumblebee is strong, fast, agile, and incredibly courageous. Unfortunately, his vocal processors were damaged during the Great War. He talks in beeps now, but most Cybertronians understand him ok.||Yellow-and-black Camaro|
|Arcee||Grey Griffin||Another scout often paired with Bumblebee, Arcee is determined, hardened, and will do anything for her fellow Autobot. Though she may be the smallest Autobot of Team Prime, she can scrap with the best of them. After all, if they want to hurt her, they'll have to catch her first.||Blue motorbike|
|Jazz||Khary Payton||Optimus' smooth-talking combat specialist, Jazz is one of his first lieutenants. Jazz's dance-like fighting style has one him more battles than he can count. Always keeping a cool head, Jazz never ceases to amaze his fellow Autobots in battle.||Grey sports car|
|Bulkhead||Kevin Michael Richardson||The bulky muscle of Team Prime, Bulkhead can punch his way out of almost any situation. Bulkhead's intelligence is occasionally called into question, but even if he's not the smartest Autobot, he may have the biggest heart.||Green truck|
|Moonracer||Tara Strong||Optimus' weapon specialist, Moonracer always tries her best to keep a positive attitude in every situation. Sure, her particular skill set involves blowing things up, but she would usually prefer a peaceful route. Moonracer is fiercely loyal to her friends, though, and isn't afraid to blast some 'Cons should it become necessary.||Teal sports car|
|Ratchet||Jeffery Combs||Optimus' medic and tech specialist, Ratchet is one of Optimus' oldest comrades and friends. Though Ratchet may seem cranky and less than enthusiastic, he will repair any injuries his Autobot companions may suffer in an instant. Because of his invaluable skill set, he doesn't go out into the field often. That doesn't mean he can't fight, though. He's more than capable.||Ambulance|
|Megatron||Hugo Weavings||The fearsome leader of the Decepticons, Megatron will stop at nothing to procure power for himself and the Decepticons. He is ruthless, merciless, and rightfully feared throughout the cosmos. He appears to have a personal history with Optimus Prime, though he won't discuss the details.||Cybertronian jet|
|Starscream||Steven Blum||Megatron's right-hand bot, Starscream wants nothing more than to be the leader of the Decepticons, and is more than willing to knock off Megatron to do it. Starscream is cunning, manipulative, and utterly remoreseless. Nobody knows exactly why Megatron continues to keep him around. We think it's because he finds him amusing.||Jet plane|
|Soundwave||Hugo Weavings||Megatron's stoic and unfeeling lieutenant, Soundwave is difficult to read. He can tap into satellite feeds, radio waves, and any other signal you could imagine. He also enjoys recording audio played around him and playing it back at a convenient time. He also has several minions to deploy whenever necessary.||Jet plane|
|Rumble/Frenzy||Robert McCollum||Two of Soundwave's minions. Rumble is red, and Frenzy is blue. The two robots are known for destroying structures with their earth-shaker weapons. Even if they aren't huge, these spunky twins are a major pain in the Autobots' tailpipes.||Cassette tapes|
|Ravage||N/A||A Cybertronian panther-like creature, Ravage is a stealthy and deadly adversary. He is among Soundwave's minions which are deployed for scouting purposes. He is deathly loyal to his master, but not much else.||Cassette tape|
|Laserbeak||N/A||Another one of Soundwave's minions, Laserbeak resembles a large metal bird that's very intelligent. Laserbeak is a master of reconnaissance missions, sneaking into any small areas required. Though Laserbeak doesn't have much to say, he is fiercely loyal to Soundwave.||Cassette tape|
|Knock Out||Daran Norris||The Decepticons' medic, Knock Out's not only an automobile, but an automobile enthusiast. Knock Out is incredibly vain and full of himself to the point where certain 'cons are confused as to why he even bothers helping others. He is a skilled doctor, though. Don't doubt that.||Red sports car|
|Breakdown||Adam Baldwin||A loyal soldier to Megatron and Knock Out's partner, Breakdown is tough as nails, and very paranoid. Breakdown prefers the strategy of "shoot first, ask questions later". Though Breakdown would never betray Megatron, he does have a sense of honor, and has spared an Autobot or two.||Blue truck|
|Barricade||Marcus Mauldin||A Decepticon soldier who loves nothing more than to deceive his foes into trusting him before crushing them beneath his foot. Barricade is put in charge of recon into human settlements, and his altmode definitely suits that purpose.||Police car|
|Sari "Sparkplug" Sumdac||Andrea Libman||A human schoolgirl who is the daughter of a famous inventor: Dr. Isaac Sumdac. Sari acts as the Autobots' liaison to the human world and was their sole human friend until their presence became public (thanks, Decepticons.) Although she's apparently human, she has no proper birth certificate...and then there's the understanding Bumblebee thing...|
|Dr. Isaac Sumdac||Tom Kenny||Sari's father and brilliant inventor, Isaac's mechanical prowess has earned him reputation throughout the scientific community. Though he is a legitimately caring father, he sometimes gets so wrapped up in his work that he doesn't notice giant alien robots fighting outside his house.|
|Agent Simmons||Phil LaMarr||A special government agent assigned to keep tabs on the Transformers. Though this position is very important to him, it often places him in perilous situations. Simmons is very happy about being able to interact with alien robots.|
Transformers: Elite is a spin-off series taking place on the planet Cybertron. It focuses on a team of Autobots led by Elita-One fighting against Decepticon commander Shockwave and his subordinates, including his army of mindless Vehicons.
|Elita-One||Colleen Clinkenbeard||The fem-bot commander of Autobot Team Elite, Elita-One leads her squadron against the evil Decepticon scientist Shockwave. Elita is an old friend of Optimus Prime and was hand-picked by him for these operations. Tough, intelligent, and a loyal soldier, Elita-One will stop at nothing until the Decepticons are no more.||Pink convertable|
|Rodimus/Hot Rod||Dee Bradley Baker||Elita-One's top fighter, Rodimus is brash but strong. His energy arrows make short work of any 'Cons that come his way. Despite his cocky exterior, Hot Rod hides insecurities about himself and is thankful that Elita holds him in such high regard.||Flame-painted hot rod|
|Ironhide||Jim Cummings||An bot considered old by Cybertronian standards, Ironhide is gruff, but tough as nails in combat. Ironhide is a wise old soul and master strategist on par with Elita herself. Though he may appear cranky, Ironhide cares deeply for his team and Cybertron.||Red pickup truck|
|Wheeljack||Todd Haberkorn||The brains of Team Elite, Wheeljack is an...eccentric scientist. Wheeljack is both one of his team's greatest asset and loosest cannon. Though his inventions can be very helpful, 4 out of 5 times they end up blowing up his lab. He makes frequent visits to Red Alert.||White racecar|
|Chromia||Laura Bailey||A female Autobot combat specialist, Chromia is extremely dedicated to liberating Cybertron. Chromia is clever, down-to-earth, and very sarcastic in the presence of her teammates. Chromia often acts as a second-in-command for Elita-One.||Futuristic blue car|
|Mirage||Nolan North||An Autobot infiltrator, Mirage was once part of Cybertronian high society until the war began. Now he serves as Elita-One's stealth agent. His cloaking tech allows him to fade into nothingness for a short period of time. Though he would prefer to avoid combat, he's no pushover. He also has a secret passion for signing.||Jet-black expensive car|
|Red Alert||Michelle Ruff||Team Elite's medic, Red Alert spends most of her time patching up either Wheeljack or Rodimus. Her surgical skills are second to none, though her bedside manner leaves something to be desired. She is loyal to Elita-One to a fault, but her short temper can sometimes result in her "accidentally" damaging her patients' vocal processors.||Ambulance|
|Shockwave||Wally Wingert||A Decepticon commander and scientist, Shockwave has very little loyalty to Megatron. In fact, Shockwave is stronger and smarter than his supposed leader. The only reason he allows Megatron his position is because he wishes to focus on his own scientific research and avoid responsibility. His one true master is logic, and logic dictates that he must end the Autobot/Decepticon conflict as soon as possible.||Purple car with a giant cannon on top|
|Lockdown||Steven Blum||Lockdown is a mercenary for hire that is neither Autobot nor Decepticon. His loyalty lies with whomever pays best, and Shockwave pays well indeed. With his hook-and-chain weapon and sadistic personality, Lockdown will hunt down every single Autobot on Cybertron to get his pay. He also speaks in an Australian accent.||Green and black muscle car|
|Thundercracker||Matthew Mercer||One of Shockwave's aerial commanders, Thundercracker may be the softest Decepticon out there. He isn't as enthusiastic about blasting Autobots as others and needs constant reassurance from his partner, Skywarp. Fear of Shockwave and Megatron are enough to keep him in line, most of the time.||Jet plane|
|Skywarp||Eric Vale||One of Shockwave's aerial commanders, Skywarp is much more ruthless than his partner. He's also much less mature, often using his teleportation abilities for petty pranks and stealing extra energon. He often has to reassure his partner, Thundercracker that they're on the right side. The aerial commanders are not Shockwave's favourite minions.||Jet plane|
|Onslaught||Travis Willingham||Onslaught is the leader of an elite Decepticon team: the Combaticons. Onslaught is absolutely convinced that his plans are perfect and is known to blow up when they fail. (Which they often do.)||Anti-aircraft vehicle|
|Brawl||Fred Tatasciore||A member of the Combaticons, Brawl isn't exactly what you'd call subtle in combat. He's got so many guns on him that you'd think he's compensating for something. Brawl is reckless, headstrong, and loves smashing things. Onslaught often blames him for his plans going wrong.||Tank|
|Blast Off||Nolan North||Blast Off is a very pompous Combaticon. He considers himself above his subordinates. Both literally and figuratively. He'll often be flying around Cybertron in his altmode rather than interacting with his fellow Decepticons.||Space shuttle|
|Swindle||Troy Baker||A Decepticon who was a salesbot before the War began. Swindle sees the Autobot/Decepticon conflict as just another business opportunity. He will often be seen trying to do business with alien species using Shockwave's computer. When he's not selling Brawl's energon without his knowing, he's a Combaticon.||Jeep|
|Blackout||Jim Cummings||The final Combaticon, Blackout doesn't talk much and prefers to let his actions do the talking. Blackout is one of the most sadistic Decepticons out there. He's also Shockwave's number one interrogator. Those helicopter blades aren't just for show.||Military helicopter|
|Bruticus||Fred Tatasciore||The combined form of all five Combaticons. Bruticus is an enormous robot with titanic strength in exchange for intelligence.|
The third series in the franchise, Transformers: Predacons focuses on a group of Autobots called the Wreckers being sent to a strange alien planet to deal with a group of Cybertronians transformed into bizarre techno-organic hybrids called Predacons. Along the way their ship gets blown up by their enemies and they ally themselves with a friendly group who call themselves the Maximals.
