The Toon Landers, also known as Toon Landians, are the overarching protagonists of the Kaiden and Friends franchise. They are people who live in Toonopolis (or Toon Island) who often have a supporting or overarching role in the show and franchise. In Toons Vs Pirates, they help Kaiden defeat the seven pirates, including Claiden's minions, Salamander, Freebie, Welt and Spunk, as well as other villains in that webisode. And speaking of supporting roles, their occupation is of course, working for the Toons Inc Group and helping and taking care of Kaiden. They play a crucial role in the series, and are shown to be nurturing in many ways, such as caring for their children, caring for Kaiden, and others, including Gabriel.
Abilities[]
When a toon lander gets angry or furious, their eyes will turn hollow black with white pupils, which are endoskeleton-like. They also have the ability to fart bubblegum.

Mint[]
Mint is a turquoise-haired person who has the ability to create magic powers, especially using her tail as an attack against criminals. She is voiced by Grey Griffin.
Didi[]
Didi is an aggressive fighter of the island, using her Super Saiyan-like powers against villains. Despite her occasional aggressive nature, she has a soft spot for children, including Kaiden. She is also the older sister figure of both Kaiden and Gabriel. She is voiced by Jill Harris.
Nisha[]
Like Belle, Nisha is a loving, positive, caring person who also has a soft for chickens and birds. She also has the ability to turn into a bird-like creature.

Hazel[]
Hazel is a girl who enjoys playing games and playing with her brother Wi Mo. Despite her having a short-tempered behavior, she tends to not harm Wi Mo in any way. Just because his brother Wi Mo causes occasional trouble, doesn't mean she is strict to him.

Jett Woogman[]
Jett Woogman is one of the two Woogi toons along with Cindy Woog. He is an agent and ally to Dr. Wooginstein.

Cindy Woog[]
Cindy Woog is one of the two Woogi toons along with Jett Woogman and the. She is energetic, cheerful, energetic, and loving resident.

Cat-Girl and Bailey[]
Cat-Girl and Bailey are two half-human and half-anthropomorphic female residents of Toonopolis. They are two female cats that have the same appearance, much like Total Drama and Total Dramarama characters.

Bailey[]
Unlike Cat-Girl, Bailey is a brave, tough, and stubborn woman who is the cartoon counterpart of Cat-Girl. She is voiced by Emilie-Claire Barlow.
Luxury[]
Luxury is a aquatic-themed resident of Toonopolis. She is a humanoid mermaid-like creature.

Sophie[]
Sophie is a professional residential child of Toonopolis. Like Belle and Nisha, she is a loving, positive, nurturing, and caring toon lander who likes to hang out with her friends. In Kaiden and Friends Crossover Show, she is shown to act like a sister towards Kaiden.

Foil and Zara the Cat[]
Foil and Zara are two anthropomorphic Toonopolis townsfolk that are an agent of the Toons Inc Group. They are shown to guard their wards, Kaiden and Gabriel, and the Chaos and Sol Emeralds along with the Master Emerald, in which they show their love and appreciation to the former, who's the hero king and monarch, and the latter, who is occasionally short-tempered.
Foil is voiced by Todd Haberkorn and Zara is voiced by Karen Strassman.
Violet, Nora, and Wi Mo[]
Violet, Nora, and Wi Mo are a trio of children who hang out and play around in the Toons Inc Group. As supporting protagonists, their objective is to fight off any villain who steals the Emeralds.

Violet is a calm (sometimes short-tempered), loving, energetic, and nurturing purple cat-like kid who cares for others when they're distressed, upset, bored, or sad, similar to Ruby Gloom.
She is voiced by Jess Lizama.
Nora[]
Nora is someone between Ching's personality, as she is even a caring, nurturing, and occasional short-tempered towards people, but is able to control her anger. In Toons in Madagascar, she along with Team Kaiden and Team Pucca and The Powerpuff Girls, including the other heroes, go savage after their instincts make them become a predator. In the end, they control their instincts and defeat the Antagonist Empire.

Wi Mo[]
Wi Mo is a mischievous little boy, who is the younger brother of Hazel, Foil, and Zara. He sometimes pulls pranks on his friends, frustrating them on some occasions.

Mena is a playful, caring, and nurturing snake girl who is half-human and half-snake. She is the older sister of Jace and also the sister figure of Kaiden.

Sans is a white-haired boy who is a close friend of Mena, and wears blue. He also tends to have a bit of a temper around himself and be selfish at times, including being a jerk.

Lammo is an olive green Toon-Person, who is the primary bully in Toonopolis and affiliated with the Villain Empire, as well as a supporting antagonist in the series. He is known for his rude and vulgar behavior, bullying and antagonizing Toon-People and children (to the point where they attack him). He does get attacked by the toons and scared away when he bullies someone, such as a Five Nights at Freddy's and The Joy Of Creation jumpscare sound effect. He is also one of the antagonist characters who are beaten up and interrogated by the toons in Hader and Gabriel's Mistake.

Raptor is the secondary bully in Toonopolis who has a purple mohawk and also affiliated with the Villain Empire, and another supporting antagonist in the series. He also has a vulgar and rude behavior, also bullying and antagonizing (arousing hostility in) Toon-People and little kids. He is one of the antagonist characters in Hader and Gabriel's Mistake who are beaten up and interrogated by Team Kaiden and Team Pucca. In Hader and Gabriel's Mistake, Raptor has a different design: a black shirt with a skeleton on it, spiky bracelets, an ear piercing, and black shoes. This design is also used in Toons in Madagascar, Claiden's Revenge, The Adventure, and The Return of Pauler, including Clear Away Toons.

Wayland[]

Elvis[]
Elvis is the quaternary bully in Toonopolis with salmon-colored hair and a dark-grayish tie and also affiliated with the Claiden Empire. He is occupied with bullying and antagonizing Toon-People and kids, only for them to beat him up. He is also one of the characters in Hader and Gabriel's Mistake who are beaten up and interrogated by the heroes.
He is voiced by Samuel Vincent. In Hader and Gabriel's Mistake, he is voiced by Chris Parnell.

Zane is the quinary bully in Toonopolis and a supporting antagonist in the series. He is yet another affiliated agent of the Villain Empire. He is occupied with bullying and antagonizing Toon-People and children, to the point where they would actually attack the bullies. He is also one of the bullies who are brutally beaten up and interrogated by Team Kaiden and Team Pucca. Zane has bushy eyebrows, gray hair, and a green sweater.

Carney[]
Carney is a young humanized version of Pomni, who is optimistic and sometimes timid and short-tempered. She is a little girl who cares for others and has good sense of justice and often supports her friends.

Bromley[]
Bromley is the adult humanized version of Pomni, who is friendly, occasionally sassy and kinky, and cares for others. She is sometimes short-tempered whenever Jax, Greyboy, Shax, or even Wi Mo are dimwitted or when things don't go her way.

CatFeine[]
CatFeine, mostly commonly known as C.F and Calfeen, is a red-orange clothed girl who is self-centered, obnoxious at times, and competitive. Unlike Tammo, she doesn't have intentions of bullying other children. Also, she is one of the toons in Hader and Gabriel's Mistake who says "how're you doing" in a sexy way to the other toon people, including her little brother C.N. Much like Izzy from Total Drama, CatFeine is hyperactive, energetic and unpredictable, but still friendly. She is a huge daredevil and always gives into temptation to do crazy things if they sound like fun. She is also the older sister of C.N.

C.N[]
C.N (which stands for the name of a Smiling Critter CatNap) was originally stated to be docile, gentle, bashful, and highly impressionable. While eerie and unnerving at first glance, C.N was in reality a rather calming presence who took his job of his sister, C.F, being his caretaker very seriously, as his sister always wanted to ensure he and his friends were getting the proper bed rest they need. He is also the younger brother of C.F.

D.P.[]
D.P. (stands for the name of a Frowning Critter Dogpressed) is a kind-hearted girl who is considered the most well behaved child at the Toon Home, causing the least amount of problems for anyone. She dislikes any sort of violence and tries to make sure her friends get along. She's also one of the toons who says "how're you doing" in a sexy voice in Hader and Gabriel's Mistake.

P.P is a girl that likes to dress up as a pig and is one of the children among Toons, Inc. P.P's personality is quite very different from Ross from Angry Birds. For example, she is occasionally prone to disgusting behavior, which includes picking her nose, farting bubblegum, and eating grass. She is sometimes self-centered, obnoxious, and competitive. This is the opposite of Total Drama's Beth, who, while socially inept, is a nice girl who is capable of making friends with nearly everyone. She is also older sister of Icky.

B.B is one of the children among Toons Inc in the franchise. Most of B.B traits are similar to Sugar in Total DramaRama. A country girl who had competed in several pageants in the past as well in a commercial, Sugar thinks highly of herself and is rather competitive, always seeing herself as number one. When things don't go her way or when the bullies try to mess with her brother, she easily becomes aggressive. Despite this, she has a soft spot for her little brother Groddy and cares for him deeply.

Groddy, also known as G.G, is one of the children among Toons Inc. Being rather intelligent for his age, Noah tends to be more level headed compared to his classmates, playing the role as their voice of reason, especially to his best friend, Owen. He also tends to get grumpy at times. He is also the younger brother of B.B, in which the latter deeply cares for him.

Hop-Hop[]
Hop-Hop is one of the humanized counterparts of the Smiling Critters and agents of the Toons Inc Group and a major character in the series. General Lampoon, also known as Mr. Lampoon or simply Lampoon, is one of the Toonopolis residents and the general of Toons, Inc, as well as a major character in the series. He is a pinkish-purple Toon-Person who serves as Toons, Inc's general, with his protégé Darren, being a soldier. He is also the father figure of Darren, who is also his protégé.

Dylan[]
Dylan is a resident of the Toons Inc Group and one of the tritagonists of the franchise. He is a sea green Toon-Person one of Kaiden's close fraternal friends and the older brother of Turquoise. He is also the step-brother of Hop-Hop, who is sometimes bossy, and impatient when it comes to doing activities with her. Despite this, Hop-Hop still has a soft spot for Dylan.

Zany[]
Zany is one of the agents within the Toons Inc Group and one of the tritagonists of the series. He is a pink male Toon-Person who is one of Kaiden's brother-like friends and a good friend to the latter. He is also a bit shy at times, especially when it comes to toons that he meets.

Fenix[]
Fenix is a turquoise Toon-Person who is one of the agents within the Toons Inc Group and a major character in the franchise. He is a Toon-Person and a pirate who at times takes to the sea with the Sooga Pirates. His appearance also resembles Russell a character from Happy Tree Friends.

Semi & Hemi[]
Semi is a popular girl who gets along with everyone while Hemi is an unpopular boy that the bullies (Lammo, Raptor, Wayland, Elvis, and Zane) enjoy teasing and antagonizing. Hemi and Semi have a good sibling relationship and care about each other. However, in Kaiden and Friends, they now have a better sibling relationship and have a separate counterpart, SemiHemi.
Semi is voiced by Abigail Turner and Hemi is voiced by Maxwell Dallas.
Kathy Goon[]
Kathy Goon, also known as Claiden's Mother, is one of the agents within the Villain Empire and a major antagonist in the series. She is revealed to be the mother of Claiden, Starly, and Coleman, and the wife of Tartarus, as well as the aunt of King Eric. She is also the arch-rival and evil counterpart of Faris Toon, Kaiden's mother. She is depicted as a ruthless, greedy, arrogant, and sadistic mother of Claiden and his siblings, always assisting in her son's plan. She is also depicted as to being a Karen to Faris, her children, and husband Hader.
Kathy is a dark green woman with red-orange hair, a purple shirt and purple shoes, and blue pants.
She is voiced by Kathy Kinney, who also voices Rhonda in The Penguins of Madagascar.

Joyce (a.k.a Hornstromp Joy) is a yellow-colored toon with blue hair who has the same personality as her original counterpart. She is an optimistic, nurturing, and caring person who is also the aunt of Joyclen and the wife of Joylynn.

Joylynn[]
Considered to be the oddball of the toons, second only to CatFeine, Joylynn is known for his eccentric behavior (such as attending class without clothes), lack of responsibility, overuse of the word "dude," and love for skateboarding. Like the other heroes, Joylynn is an honest person, but because of the way he views the world differently, he is often labeled as weird by the rest. He also inherits his older friends' laid-back attitude and rarely gets angry or panics during a stressful situation. He's also one of the toons that says "how're you doing" in a sexy way in Hader and Gabriel's Mistake. He is also the uncle of Joyclen and the husband of Joyce.

Joyclen[]
Joyclen is much kinder as a child, even though her bossiness, obsessive streak and refusal to apologize and accepts her faults are still present. Being a mentor's pet, she tries to keep a good reputation in class in order to set up for her future. Joyclen, like her uncle Joylynn and Aunt Joyce, shows intelligence beyond her age and tends to explain in rather long expressions that the others have difficulty understanding. She says "how're you doing" in a lady voice in Hader and Gabriel's Mistake along with other toons.

Wimping[]
Wimping is a nature-loving vegan with an "Earth first" attitude and pure intentions. She is a serene person, but any perceived injustice against nature will send her into an emotional tizzy. She is one of the toons who says "how're you doing" in a sexy way to the other toon people in Hader and Gabriel's Mistake. She is also the older sister of K.C

K.C[]
K.C is one of the children among the Hero Empire. K.C is depicted as the "cool kid" of the Kaiden Team. He highly values this representation of himself, so he maintains his image through everything he does. He is also the younger brother of Wimping.

Dumbba[]
Dumbba is most notable for being Icky's best friend. They do everything together. They even wear the same outfits which Dumbba sewed herself. Like D.P., Dumbba is a sensitive, cheerful, and kind-hearted girl. She's boy-crazy and when she has grown attracted to her little brother Bo-Bo, she (and Calfeen) will fawn over him endlessly. Despite her boy-crazy nature, she will always have a soft spot for her little brother Bo-Bo.

Bo-Bo[]
Bo-Bo is an elephant fan-kid and one of the children among Toons, Inc. Bo-BO personality differs from others. Dumbba to Bo-Bo who is a self-proclaimed Cassanova and "cool" kid, this version is instead a shy, lonely boy who is sensitive to other people's comments and thus, is considered the baby of the group. He is also the younger brother of Dumbba.
He is voiced by Micah Preciado. In Hader and Gabriel's Mistake, he is voiced by Wyatt White (in a voice similar to Bubba Bubbaphant).
Ms. Chop[]
Ms. Chop, also known as Aunt Chop and simply Chop, is a major character and one of Kaiden and Gabriel's aunts in the series. She is a loving, caring, and mature and of Gabriel and Kaiden, as she spends time taking care of the latter and often comforts the former. She is also shown to be kinky with Kaiden and Gabriel. For example, in Hader and Gabriel's Mistake, Chop asks Kaiden (one of the film's two main protagonists), "What do you say I get someone else to watch your brother tonight?", it is implied that Chop wants to spend the night with Kaiden (i.e. go to bed with him, have fun with him, etc).

She loves wearing goofy shirts with a different catchphrase every day and has a hobby of gaming with her two sisters.

Colleen a cutesy, shy, clumsy, and somewhat naive tweenage girl who is usually unaware of a lot of her surroundings and gets tricked into doing several things - even then, loving her sisters and friends very much and not wanting to change a thing about her life as is.

Christine is a cocky and somewhat snarky, yet caring, optimistic, and well meaning tweenage girl who leads the prankster siblings and tries to make sure their pranks don’t go too out of hand. She can also serve as a sort of middle ground between Colleen’s ditziness and Pauline’s “tough girl” attitude.
She is voiced by Ashley Johnson.
