Tomb Raider: Re-Raided Trilogy is a 3D action-adventure video game developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by THQ Nordic, following Embracer Group's acquisition of Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal from Square Enix. It is a compilation of HD remakes of the first three games released on the original PlayStation and PC: Tomb Raider (albeit a 1996 version with some elements borrowed from Anniversary), Tomb Raider II and Tomb Raider III: Adventures of Lara Croft. It is released worldwide on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Microsoft Windows (on Retail and Steam forms) and Nintendo Switch in October 2023.
Features[]
- Shelley Blond herself will return as Lara's voice actor since the original 1996 game, after having been replaced by Judith Gibbins for it's sequels (though Gibbins reprises her role via remastered Archive Recordings).
- The Nintendo Switch version features Amiibo Support from The Legend of Zelda, Fire Emblem, Metroid (The Zero Suit Samus Amiibo Figure instantly unlocks a Zero Suit Samus Blue Jumpsuit Skin for Lara) and Earthbound/MOTHER in addition to a set of new Lara Croft Amiibo Figures being made to accompany the Game.
- A refined save system, removing save crystals from TR1 and TR3, giving a player the ability to save anywhere like in TR2.
- Time trials in which you have to finish a level within a certain amount of time to unlock bonus content or award you with some sort of medal (diamond/platinum/gold/silver/bronze).
- New moves such as faster turning on the spot, sprinting, crawling, mid-air rolling and rope swinging (like those from the new trilogy) in addition to a Skill Tree, which can be shared between all three games.
- A more balanced combat difficulty and a larger amount of medipack quantities.
- Various outfits throughout the series' entire history can be unlocked and used during the entire game as a whole itself.
- Includes cut content and expansions from the original trilogy as bonus levels - Unfinished Business, Golden Mask and The Lost Artefact.
- The definitive version of Croft Manor, which includes every elements and details from all three games (plus easter eggs/references from the latter games). It can be used as a tutorial stage for new players.

Unlike a free-to-play mobile game Tomb Raider Reloaded which was released by Square Enix in 2021 to celebrate the series' 25th anniversary, it will actually be developed as remakes of the original three games (classic timeline) with a recent trilogy (2013 reboot/Rise/Shadow)'s realistic presentation/art-style being used.
