- Miles Warren/The Jackal, a mad scientist. Very talented with biology, genetic engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, and military tactics. He wears a jackal-themed helmet, gauntlets with claws, and armour. He wields a sickle-sword, a plasma-shotgun, a jambiya dagger, and a chain-whip.
- Grizzly, one of the Jackal's henchmen who became a humanoid bear thanks to the Jackal fusing genes from a grizzly bear on him.
- Gibbon, one of the Jackal's henchmen who became a humanoid ape thanks to the Jackal fusing genes from a lars gibbon on him
- Eddie Brock/Venom, Peter Parker's rival who gains the Venom symbiote.

Tony Stark: Yes. Jarvis told us so. You'd betrayed your group.
- J. Jonah Jameson: You lied to me all along, Eddie Brock. You used me. You're fired! Call the police to arrest this fraud.
- Gamora: The Klantor were a peaceful species who formed symbiotic bonds with others. Then Thanos messed things up. He sought to improve some as super-soldiers. It backfired. The infected ones became more aggressive and lusting for darker feelings. I know.

Gamora: Yes. Seeing the monster was a sequel to a horror movie.

- Star Lord: Which happened with the creature and Eddie Brock's dad as well as the Parkers. And we want the truth.
Colonel Fury: I far from know.
Jerry: Quit the lies. We found the jar.
Gamora: Yep, you liar. The monster inside tried to poison Spidey here and has kidnapped MJ. So talk or I cut out your other eye.
Colonel Fury: Oh, my. It;s going on as before. I shoulda known..>

Colonel Fury: Long before, the Parkers and Doctor Brock worked on the creature they found on a rock. They found it could improve a body. They believed it could cure cancer. The Parkers found out it was sentient and too dangerous. Doctor Brock took it... and it took him. He transformed to a monster. We destroyed them. All we found was one piece.
Gamora: You boob. It's how they reproduce.
Tom: What?
Jerry: So... cut a piece and a new one grows... as worms. Oh.
Spider-Man: So the monster on Eddie be the monster's child. And if it remains bonded to Eddie, it could produce enought of its kind to consume the world. Oh. What did I do? I forged the monster. I allowed the alien to survive. I angered Eddie Brock. I put things on motion.
