  • Jerry, a brown mouse who tends to make a monkey from Tom. He is killed
  • Tuffy, a grey mouse and Jerry;s ward.
  • Ali Baba, a young wood-carver who finds the 40 Thieve's Den. Heroic, kind, clever, jolly, honourable, and loyal. A capable swordsman.
  • Morgiana, Ali Baba's love-interest. Feisty, kind, jolly, loyal, honourable, an wise. A trickster and sword-fighter to rival Ali Baba.
  • Droopy, a bulldog who looks gloomy but is wise, noble and just. On this film, he is assistant to Baba Mustafa.
  • Baba Mustafa, a healer. Eccentric and good.
  • Cassim, Ali Baba;'s rash brother.
  • Khako, the leader to the 40 Thieves. A middle-aged Arabian with a braided beard. He wields a scimitar sword, a jambiya dagger, a mace, and grenades.
  • Blergo, second-in-command to the 40 Thieves. A muscular African with side-burns. He wields a sickle-sword, a jambiya dagger, a tomahawk, and grenades.
  • Rek-Wak, third-in-command to the 40 Thieves. A skinny but muscluar Chinese with a goatee. He wields a double-bladed spear, a jian sword, a jambiya dagger and grenades.
  • Hekkor, fourth-in-command to the 40 Thieves. An Indian with a twirly moustache. He wields a kelwar sword, throwign daggers, and grenades.
  • Lokop, a member to the 40 Thieves. A Mongolian with a balbo. He wields a turko-mongol sabre, a longbow and arrows, a Mongol-dagger, and grenades.
  • Gupog, a member to the 40 Thieves. An Italian who is obese. He wields a club, a machete, grenades, and a sickle.
  • Bunker, a member to the 40 Thieves. A Greek with a walrus-moustache. He wields a hammer, a flail, a dagger, and grenades.
  • Twippo, a member to the 40 Thieves..... the man who gets sent to scout around for Ali Baba. A Sri Lankan. He wields a machete, two dirks, a chain-whip, and grenades.
  • Spike, a bulldog. In this film, he is pet to Captain Reo.
  • Captain Reo, leader to the local guards. An Arabian man with a braided beard. He wields a scimitar sword and a jambiya dagger.
  • Lieutenant Loyo, Reo's second-in-command. An Arabian with a chin-stripe. He wields a sickle-sword and a jambiya dagger.
