- Trackimus, leader to the Triceraton Rebellion. Benevolent, wise, honorable, loyal, just, jolly, and sarcastic. He wields two swords which fuse to a double-bladed sword, a laser-chaingun, a laser-pistol, a sickle, a hammer, and a dirk.
- Zog, a Triceraton-sergeatn who befriends the group when April helps him.
- Professor Honeycutt/The Fugatoid, a cyborg whose brain got transplanted to save him for mortal wounds done by Triceratons for his defiance. An ally to the group and the Rebels. Wise, eccentric, benevolent, jolly, and loyal.
- Emperor Zanramon, the iron-fisted leader to the Triceraton-Emperor.

Leonardo: You endangered Earth over a vendetta.
Jerry: Way to go, Ahab.
- Splinter: Raph. Through your arrogance and stupidity, you condemned this world to warfare and tragedy. Hmmm.
- Renet: I warned you, Raph. Why did you ignore me?
- Renet: This is Trackimus. He was a Triceraton colonel. He spoke out, objecting to Zanramon and was locked up in the arena. But he escaped. We should find him.
- Trackimus: April. You show such honour and compassion. As a Tricereaton would.
- Trackimus: You turles. You bring lifhgt to darkness.
(he chuckels)
- PRofessor Honeycutt: I was ocne an organci. Yes. But Zanramon had me blasted coz I refused to help huim. But the Utroms transplanted me into this new body. My task was far from done.
- Professor Honeycutt: Geronimo!
- APril: I think you looked sweet. When I saw you, I saw more than a robot. I saw you as a person even before I sawq the brain which looked lovely. I saw your soul... the way you talked... the movements... the humor. I saw your soul. I saw you.
(she cuddles and kisses him)
Professor Honeycutt: Thank you. Most humans saw me as a freak. Your dad was the first human to treat me better.

Emperor Zanramon: You little punks.
- Emperor Zanramon: Get your grimy paws off me, you dirty ape-scum!
- Professor Honeycutt: The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few and the one. Remember this, Raph.
- Professor Honeycutt: I am and always would be your friend.
- Trackimus: For too long, Zanramon's Empire has cost our people their honour, and also the life of the innocents and guilty. These Earthlings proved more worthy to be Triceratons than most of us. This human. She possessed great powers. Yet she chose to spare our people. She coulda taken revenge, yet she chose to show mercy... proving humans can be allies. These turtles fought with honour as Triceratons did. And these mice showed such mercy and honour too. This rat taught the turtles the honour they showed. This turtle lost his way, but redeemed. And this cat.... he was afraid, yet he chose to help. A reluctant hero which is one of the greatest heroes of all. Let them act as a good reminder as we end the Empire and rebuild the Republic.
