Tom and Jerry Meet Garfield is a 2019 American direct-to-video family comedy film directed by Spike Brandt and Tony Cervone. It is a crossover between William Hanna and Joseph Barbera's animated short series and Jim Davis's comic strip. It was released on June 19, 2019.
Plot[]
Tom and Jerry's latest chase ends them up in Garfield's hometown, where they meet the lasagna-loving, Monday-hating cat Garfield, his owner Jon Arbuckle and the dimwitted mutt Odie. At first, they are at odds with him, but soon eventually grow to be friends with him, despite their occasional chasing habits and as well as other kinds of problems they had with each other, but when a street cat named Marty kidnaps Garfield's girlfriend Arlene to force her to be his girlfriend, it's up to Tom, Jerry, Garfield, Bassy, Odie and Company in order for them to figure out who's behind this and save Arlene for once and for all.
