Plot[]
The film begins with James Henry Trotter and his pets Tom, Jerry and Tuffy.
James, Tom, Jerry and Tuffy see the Peach on top to the Tree and Suddenly the Peach was began to grow like the Giant.
Now the Peach was Big and Big and Big and Big, Tom was scared of the Big Giant Peach, but Jerry and Tuffy look up at the Big Peach.

- Tom Cat, a grey-blue cat. In this movie; he is James' pet cat along together with Jerry Mouse.
- Jerry Mouse, A brown mouse, cheeky noble In this movie, he is James' pet mouse pet together with Tom Cat.
- Tuffy Mouse, A young grey diaper-wearing mouse, Jerry's Ward, James' pet mouse along together with Tom and Jerry.
- James Henry Trotter, A lonely little orphaned boy who lived with his two mean and nasty aunts who abuse him, starve him and enslave him.

- Droopy Dog, A droopy noble but it just bulldog. In this movie; he's the helper with the Big Giant Peach with James Henry Trotter.

- Chief Ribo, The ruthless violent rhinoceros who escapes from the London Zoo and kills James' parents for no reason. Tom and Jerry capture him and tame him, causing him to show some good in him. In the end, he attacks James' aunts and gets sent to the Central Park Zoo.
- Toodles Galore, A beautiful white female cat; Tom Cat's love interest her appearance is similar to the original Hanna-Barbera Tom and Jerry Cartoons.
- Miss Glow-worm, A female glow-worm who is a little deaf. She and the other invertebrates adopt and side with James. In the end, she lights up the Statue of Liberty.
- Mr. Grasshopper, A male grasshopper with a talent for music. He and the other invertebrates adopt and side with James. In the end, he becomes a musician at the orchestra.
- Miss Spider, A female spider with miles of useful string. She and the other invertebrates adopt and side with James. In the end, she becomes a member of the Spider Club.

- Cherie Mouse, A beautiful grey female mouse; Jerry Mouse's love interest her appearance is similar to the original Hanna-Barbera Tom and Jerry Cartoons.
- Mr. Centipede, A male centipede with an attitude, but manages things and comes up with ways. He and the other invertebrates adopt and side with James. In the end, he gets chosen to become the next mayor of New York City.
- Mrs. Ladybug, A female caring ladybug who hates rudeness. She and the other invertebrates adopt and side with James. In the end, she becomes a nurse.
- Earthworm, A male earthworm who is a bit of a coward. He and the other invertebrates adopt and side with James. In the end, he becomes the mascot of a body cream company.
