Thumbelina is an animated survival horror film set to be released in 2025 sometime during spring. The film is based off of Hans Christian Andersen's 1835 novel of the same name, with a much more darker turn. The film is about a young 12-year-old girl named Thumbelina no taller than the size of a thumb who sprouts from a flower gifted to a peasant wife named Ida by a witch. By the time she falls asleep in her walnut shell bed, she awakes to find herself away from home in a pond, to which her adventure begins. A sequel came out two years later, entitled Thumbelina II: Thumbezilla.
