Set in 1920's New Orleans, Louisiana during the Jazz Age where people celebrated on Halloween. One man who is actually making some voodoo dolls named Matthew Hall. He saw a customer who enters his store and look for something. Matthew got a plan to make more voodoo dolls so he sells them to everyone.
