Gwendolyne Poole is a comic book fan who got warped to the Marvel Universe as she decides to be a new heroine, despite being lousy at it.

- Gwendolyn "Gwen" Poole / Gwenpool (voiced by Eden Sher) - A teenage comic book fan who is transported to the Marvel Universe, and decides to become a new (albeit reckless) superheroine. Despite her lack of powers, she is skilled at wielding swords and is surprisingly athletic. Being aware that the Marvel Universe is fictional, Gwen also breaks the Fourth Wall.
