The previous film's actors do not reprise their roles nor do they be composed of an uniquely UK-based cast. Instead, they are being voiced by Canadian actors. The film stars Sophie Nelisse as Ruby Gloom; Ian James Corlett as Doom Kitty; Jeni Ross as Iris; Laine MacNeil as Misery; Dustin Milligan as Skull Boy; Frank Marino/Brian Vollmer as Frank and Len; Mark Gatiss as Poe; Priyanshu Chatterjee as Scaredy Bat; and Christian Distefano as Boo-Boo.
