Universal Pictures announced they're remaking Monty Python's The Meaning of Life produced by Lorne Michael's Broadway Video, Seth McFarlane's Fuzzy Door Productions, and MRC Idle, Gilliam, Cleese, and Palin will return as executive producers along with Jason Clark as co-produce, Wellesley Wild, Alec Sulking, Cherry Cheva, and Steve Callaghan write and executive producer, James Duffy and Jonathan van Tulleken (Movie 43) were hired as directors. McFarlane and Michaels also confirmed that the first four sketches will be remade along with four unrelated sketches that parodies the works of Mel Brooks, Leslie Nielsen, Adam McKay, and other works
