- Margo, Edith, and Agnes' vehicle is the Margomobile, which is a car that Dr. Nefario built. The vehicle is used for the girls' transportation, driven by Margo. The Margomobile can also transform into both an airship and a boat.
- The girls appear in every episode of the show.
- In Space Girls, at the end of the episode where an astronaut (who is stuck in space after his spacecraft broke down) steals the Margomobile to fly down back to earth, Margo, Edith, and Agnes (who are now stuck in space) say "Oh poop." is a reference to Vector's phrase after he got stuck in the moon in the first Despicable Me movie.
