The Legend of Frosty the Snowman 2 is an upcoming official 2019 animated sequel due the sequel and the 2005 film. It is the true, sixth and final special featuring the character Frosty the Snowman.
It took place back after Tommy and Sara were grown up, married and had two children: a son named Simone and a daughter named Tammy, who loves to learn about her mother's childhood heritage and learning how to archery while ice skating and longs to go in the woods despite her parents' law that the fun are once again forbid to her.
The sequel stars the returning voice actors of Tom Kenny and Bill Fagerbakke, along guest stars from High School Musical, Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron, also with Ali Liebert as Tammy and Jennifer Hale (The original voice of Cinderella) as Principal Penelope, the film's brand-new villain.
The film will first-time produced by Allspark Pictures and Lionsgate, using the same traditional animation created with Dreamworks Animation, DHX Media and Toon Boom Harmony.
Summary[]
Frosty the Snowman (reprise by William Mark Fagerbakke) returns back to Evergreen and teaches the new children what to do with snow—sledding, bobbing, playing and skiing. He, along with his family (which after his brother's death long time ago), also builds different structures from the snow and enjoys a lot of fun.
The entire citizens were very thrilled to see their friend again, except for Principal Pankey's beautiful, but headstrong and revengeful wife; Principal Penelope, who strongly wants to take over the town (secretly also wants to rehire her husband back as Mayor Principal again without telling anybody).
Tommy Tinkerton and Sara Simple, now all grown up and became parents themselves, must hide their children, their son, Simone and even their daughter, Tammy, who strongly has her mother's childhood heritage, also has her ice skating abilities and the lure of the beautiful white snow proves too strong for her as well, refusing to resist.
But when Tammy and Simone are outside meeting Frosty and enjoy mostly in the snow with their new friends; Donovan, Scarlet, Jessie, Gwen, Tiffany, Chloe and Jennifer, Tommy and Sara, along with her mother, Mrs. Simple call upon the mayor of Evergreen; Mr. Tinkerton and the all the other citizens to help bring back their missing children and taking Sara's supreme law of banning fun all back from Evergreen again—or else the town would get even worse than before.
Plot (Story)[]
The figure movie begins in the town of Evergreen, long time before a brief epilogue shows in the end of the original movie, with young Sara Simple (young reprise by Tara Strong) and young Tommy "Thomas" Tinkerton (young reprise by Kath Soucie) were gazing up to the full moon together, watching a magical hat flying up to the night sky, as the similar voice exclaims echoing, "I'll be back someday!", and they both shouted back to their friend, "We'll always remember you, Frosty!" and went back to their homes, believing him forever always.
After 23 years later passed, there was then a huge joyous celebration of Sara (adult voiced by Vanessa Hudgens) and Tommy's (adult voiced by Zac Efron) newborn daughter; Tammy Simple all together lived at Sara's house, watching by all the citizens and their children, including Sara's parents; Mrs. Simple (reprise by Tress MacNeille) and Mr. Simple (Tammy's grandparents) and Tommy's family; Mayor Tinkerton (reprise by Tom Kenny), Mrs. Tinkerton (Tammy's great, great uncle and aunt) and Charlie Tinkerton (Tommy's reformed brother and Tammy's uncle/voiced by Steve Burns). Mrs. Simple, feeling delighted and overjoy to meet her new granddaughter, presents her with a heart-shaped locket, which is meant to remind her of her mother; Sara's childhood heritage. The party was then interrupted by Principal Penelope (voiced by Jennifer Hale), a beautiful young-aged wife of Principal Pankley, who threatens Mayor Tinkerton and wants to get her hands of the Mayor's clipboard to take over the town, just like her "arrested" husband tried once before. Sara and Tommy both work together to foil Penelope's plan, much to Baby Tammy's unexpected surprise with curious, and Principal Penelope then immediately vanishes after scolding Mayor Tinkerton.
Fearing Principal Penelope and remembering what happened with Principal Pankley years ago, Sara, still feeling very ambitious and independent, bravely decides to withhold all knowledge of her childhood heritages from Tammy, while deciding to keep her from going into the woods for her safety, not allowing her to ice skate or to have fun whatsoever. The ice skates (gifted by Mayor Tinkerton) was given to Mrs. Simple as a token of keeping lock them away, except Tammy's necklace, and a massive wall is built to separate the town from the woods.
Twelve years later, Sara and Tommy are celebrating Tammy's 12th birthday and are throwing her a party in Evergreen School. However, Sara is having trouble as Tammy is missing and begins searching for her, after remembering that she finishes school. Meanwhile, in the woods, Tammy, now a beautiful young pre-teen as Sara's childhood age, is revealed to be regularly sneaking out into the woods to ice skate and while practicing archery for the first time without her parents realizing. Tammy has inherited a lot from her maternal heritage, including a few ice skating abilities and has developed a deep love of the fun in the snow after school. However, whIle spending time with her grandmother, Tammy still remains unaware of her mother's heritage and is banned from ever having fun, without an explanation. Due to the ban, she and Sara have a rather rocky relationship as Sara appears to strongly disapprove of anything related to the any-kind-of-fun.
After watching her grandmother's old videotapes years ago founded in the attic, Tammy then tells Mrs. Simple that she doesn't understand her mother's "hatred" of having fun or ice skating and longingly wishes she could tell her how she feels, but believing that Sara would never understand. As she plays on a piano in the living room while practicing her first pianist scales, she soon remembers about her birthday party that her parents are planning in school, and Mrs. Simple quickly helps her escort her to her bedroom without her mother knowing.
Afterwards, Mrs. Simple then goes over to talk to Tammy's younger brother; Simone Tinkerton, who is Tommy and Sara's youngest son and Mrs. Simple and Mr. Simple's grandson, feeling afraid about his older sister, believing that she will tease him and will also ridicules his adventurous fun-loving faith (although he "really" wanted to attend to Tammy's birthday party, still he likes all kind of parties, but feeling too shy to attend). Mrs. Simple tells him that there's nothing to be afraid about—especially Tammy, who overhears the conversion, feeling like she actually would not tease him at all as she sadly and calmly climbed up the stairs back to her room.
As Tammy manages to enter her room, she quickly prepares for her mother's arrival while hiding her ice skates (underneath her bed), bows and an arrow in her closet and accidentally ties her pet hamster; Isabel in a bow in the back of her glittering party dress, until Sara arrived. Sara helps Tammy prepare for the party. Tammy confides in her mother that she doesn't know if she want to attend to the party, revealing how she is different from the other local children in Evergreen school and also tells her mother about Simone has being shy and afraid at her. Sara reassures her daughter saying that everyone has trouble fitting in, everyone has different feelings and also realizes that there is something else more than just about the party.
Sara then tells Tammy that if she has anything troubling her, she can always tell her anything. Tammy, now believing her mother will understand her true feelings is about to tell her her deep love of the fun in the snow in the woods, but are interrupted by Tommy and Mrs. Simple who take Tammy and Sara into the birthday party at the gym class in school.
Arriving at the party, Tammy is introduced and soon meets a young pre-teen basketball player; Donovan Shawn (who is Tammy's love interest/voiced by Cody Simpson) who asks for her first dance. It starts off beautifully, however it soon turns into ugly when Donovan feels Isabel crawling inside his uniform, ruining the dance and accidentally destroys Tammy's birthday cake. Tammy checks to see if Donovan and Isabel are alright, but soon the children at the party started laughing, teasing and making fun at her.
Feeling humiliated, Tammy, blaming on her mother for predicting wrong, runs out of the gym while carrying Isabel in her hands. In her bedroom after all her all way back home by herself, Tammy is in tears over what happened as she placed Isabel back to the cage while Sara, who has been following her, comes in to comfort her daughter while brushing her hair to cheer her up, but until she sees and notices her ice skates under Tammy's bed, finding out that Mrs. Simple had secretly given them to her, without her knowing and Sara even desires her daughter to be one of her, Tammy tries her best very hard not to (the same opposite of Mrs. Simple desiring Sara to be one of her as seen in the original 2005 film).
Furious, Sara, using her mother's old "Generation Xerox", confronts Tammy and learns that she has been sneaking out into the woods without her permission. Tammy tries to learn why she isn't allowed to have fun and asks about her heritage. Sara however refuses to answer all of Tammy's questions, forbids her from going into the woods and banning ice skating and the fun as one. Angry at her mother's refusal to answer her questions, Tammy runs out of her room, not before she takes back her ice skates (unnoticed to Tammy or Sara that a frighten Isabel was in Tammy's left coat pocket).
Overhearing the argument, Mrs. Simple, feeling betrayed and busted in Tammy's room, is furious at Sara for yelling at her granddaughter and not being "honest" to her (due remembering what happened during piano lessons years ago/as seen in the original movie), telling her that Sara will regret for what she had done after shoving her down to the floor, refusing to listen to her. Simone, with his bedroom door open, overhears the argument aftermath and grew frighten and very sorry for Tammy after she runs out of the door.
Tommy then soon arrives, after seeing Mrs. Simple, brimming in tears and feeling morseful, stormed away. Sara, starting to cry, also feels morseful as she has now made things more worse, Tommy then gently comforts Sara and tells her that it's time that Tammy finally learned the truth. Realizing that Tommy and her mother are right all the long, Sara strongly agrees and went out to find Tammy. Unbeknownst to Sara, Tommy and Mrs. Simple, Simone, feeling bad for his sister aftermath, decided to also ran away from home (worrying that his parents would do the same like Tammy).
Meanwhile, outside during sunset, Tammy runs away from home while feeling furious at her mother for not being "honesty", but soon came across the magical trail dusts and also discovers a magician hat flying by and lend her to the woods. Tammy quickly follows a trail and the hat, where she ended up find three stack-up snowballs. Feeling curious and resembles them as a snowman, Tammy jumps and grabs the hat, placing it on top of the smaller snowball and, to Tammy's surprise, the snowballs magically transforms into a snowman; Frosty (reprise by Bill Fagerbakke), who had just return from the North Pole, originally exclaims "Happy Birthday!"
After amazingly introducing each other one by one, Tammy explains Frosty that the locket (which she unseeingly retrieves it from her room before) shows her mother's heritage and Frosty can help her become part of the fun, refusing to agree on the "banned" orders by Sara (unknown to Frosty). Tammy believes that Frosty was right, and soon Frosty escorted Tammy into a winter wonderland fun time in the woods. They then grew surprise as Simone showed up unexpected (after quietly followed her through the woods). Simone was amazed and glimmered after Frosty "knows" his name after meeting him, much to Tammy's surprise shock, and was ask to join the fun by Tammy, in which he happily accepts and started flying high above the starry night sky.
Meanwhile, Sara talks over with her father-in-law; Mayor Tinkerton about the situation and a terrible mistake. He assures his daughter-in-law that he has about to have a search party all over the town to find Tammy and informs her and Tommy that he will soon be join. Tommy then thinks that it's best that Sara goes with him together as she knows both Tammy and her fun-loving heritage is better than anyone or anything and Sara, finally realized that she shouldn't have kept Tammy strongly away from the woods, agrees with Tommy and goes on a search with him to find and bring Tammy back home while the Mayor runs a tight search party around the town as the search begins.
While enjoying the fun in the snow and thanking their new friend for fulfilling Tammy's dream, Tammy and Simone both meet Principal Penelope, and then they introduced Frosty to her. Principal Penelope was amazed, but secretly feels flabbergasted, and tells him and Tammy and Simone that she could make the magic and fun made permanent if only Tammy can get hold of the clipboard, which she claims was stolen by Mayor Tinkerton (unknown to Tammy and Simone that he is their great, great, great uncle). However, unbeknownst to Tammy, Simone and Frosty after they accepted and leave, Principal Penelope only wants the mayor's clipboard to rehire her husband back to his job again and getting rid of Frosty for good.
Feeling too happy about her dreams being fulfilled, Tammy suddenly has her "first" scent of mischief as she jumped over the gates and started running off after Frosty, along with Simone, happily created a magical pathway through the forest, not knowing that her mother; Sara had found Tammy and Frosty (not knowing he had returned until noticing) and quietly follow them. As Tammy feels the winter breeze and as the snowflakes fell, Sara, wanting to bring her back home, accidentally stepped on a little stick nearby her feet. With a loud snap, Tammy gasped and quickly turned away, finding out who's out there. She then grabbed a branch from a tree, shouting out "Show yourself, cower!". Sara, after Tammy notices, was behind the tree, realizing that Tammy has her own childhood's fun-loving heritage. After strongly searching, Tammy then drops the branch and ran off again after Frosty and Simone both call out, and Sara had temporarily lost a sight of her daughter.
Feeling guilty and ashamed at herself, Sara walks over to a large frozen pond, reflecting her reflection as a young child and was shown her memories while singing her forgiveness song until she heard her mother; Mrs. Simple singing the half of the lyrics as she came by to her. Sara apologizes to her for not being honesty before, but Mrs. Simple, after finding out her daughter is a blooming version of herself, tells Sara that she owe her apology for her actions at her, they both forgive each other, finally stop expecting each other to be Generation Xeroxs, and they started on a search to retrieve Tammy back together as they realized that they only needed is their memories of long time ago until Tommy came and warned them that Simone has gone with Tammy, much to Sara and her mother's terrible shock.
Before continuing on a search to retrieve Tammy and Simone back, Sara suddenly noticed Frosty's hat flying by, recognizing her old friend ever since her childhood age ago, and decided to follow it through the town and into the Evergreen Library, where she, along with Tommy, discovers a secret room beneath the floor (which Tommy recognized the "same" room back since his childhood age ago) and also discovers a brand-new comic book (a brand-new sequel to "The Secret Never-Ending Adventures of Frosty the Snowman") filled with new secrets about Frosty, after accidentally dropping the books on the floor after she sneezes.
At first, most of the comic book is blank. Each time either Sara or Tommy checks it again, new panels appear. Over the course of several scenes, Sara first-time learns that her mother (which is Mrs. Simple) meets Frosty when she was a girl, meeting young Mr. Tinkerton and did believe in magic once upon a time; and that Penelope, a very jealous best childhood friend of her mother's and Principal Pankley's love interest, taking Frosty's hat and she and Pankley hid it away in an attic, causing young Mrs. Simple to lose her faith in magic (same version of young Mr. Tinkerton according to the original movie).
After much fun later, it was late that night, and never wanting to come back home, Frosty happily creates a giant enchanted igloo; the size of the house, with patches from keeping his new friends freezing cold. Tammy and Simone then both meet Frosty's daughter; Darling (voiced by Andrea Libman), who was looking for him through the night; and which it turned into a happy father and daughter reunion, and Frosty even discovers and meets Isabel, noticed by a surprised Simone.
The next day, after meeting Frosty's sister-in-law; Crystal (voiced by Nicole Oliver), his niece; Millie and his nephew; Chilly, Frosty, along with Darling, Tammy and Simone, happily wins over the kids, including Donovan, Tammy's current school bully; Scarlet McGlenn (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin), who first teases Tammy during her "disastrous" birthday party yesterday, the three identical teen-school cheerleaders; Gwen (voiced by Cristina Vee), Tiffany and Chloe (both voiced by Carrie Keranen), a young-dreamfilled-beauty pageant; Jessie Jarah and even Karen's daughter and Simone's first love interest; Jennifer (reprise by Angelica Hale). Frosty and his family all befriend each of them through the simple means of believing in them, which inspires them to begin to believe in themselves one by one.
Afterwards, remembering a promise of Principal Penelope, Tammy, Simone and Frosty eventually went to the house of Mayor Tinkerton, where they sneak into the living room, where she sees Mayor Tinkerton looking at Tammy's baby photo. Mayor Tinkerton then leaves, ordering himself to double his efforts to check around the town. Tammy swiftly takes Mayor Tinkerton's clipboard and leaves with Frosty and Simone, accidentally losing her locket. Unbeknownst to Tammy and Simone, Sara and Tommy has just arrived and enters the house with Mrs. Simple, where they see Mayor Tinkerton whimpering in tears, seeing the clipboard is gone and Tammy's locket is on the ground. Sara is confused as to how Tammy could have gotten there, but they focus on finding her as she may been tricked by Principal Penelope, ordering her and Tommy to stop her quickly.
Tammy, with Frosty and Simone, successfully returns to Principal Penelope with the clipboard, Tammy gave the clipboard to Principal Penelope, who rewards her, Simone and Frosty to lure them for some ice-skating fun in the woods (secretly increasing desperate to deny the existence of Frosty and keep Evergreen fun-free forever for Principal Pankley). She also then secretly tricks Frosty into venturing him onto "thin ice" for the second time.
But before Tammy and Simone, after noticing the thin ice started cracking, can be able to save their friend, Frosty, after performing his new tricks, falls through the ice and melts for the second time, and Tammy however, while trying to retrieve Frosty's hat, slips and almost fall through the ice, but was quickly being rescued by Simone, making Tommy, Sara and Mrs. Simple all notice and scurried over to the woods.
Having regaining her one-pair-broken ice skate, Tammy finds herself reuniting with her parents and her grandmother. She then begins to apologize to Sara, but Sara says that she is the one who is truly sorry, as she realized she should've told her the truth instead of keeping it from her. Tammy explains she never meant to break all the rules, and strongly believed that she would be better if she deserve to be grounded. However, Sara refuses and Mrs. Simple assures her granddaughter that it doesn't matter whether she is a free spirit or an average girl, as she, Sara and Tommy all love Tammy for who she is, their "brave, courage, spirit and full-dreamed little girl" and evening Simone, Tammy's "brave and strong" little brother.
With the clipboard in her grip, Principal Penelope reveals her true colors as she appears beside Tammy and her family with Frosty's hat in her hand, which is the key to his magic. All this time, Tammy was being tricked, and Mrs. Simple even scolds at her for almost getting her "granddaughter drown". Even after Tommy and Sara's scoldings, Principal Penelope, refusing to care about everything, mentions them all that "no one is going to believe in magic at all" by the time she's done, shoving Mrs. Simple and Sara, making both feel furious.
Refusing to accept Principal Penelope's plan and being betrayed, Tammy, as having reverting to ice skate before, declares a huge daring rescue of Frosty's hat (also helping her grandmother regaining her "old" childhood memories, after reading a comic book that Tommy and Sara had found before, realizing the truth), together, in which all her friends (after overhearing the situation) and her entire family agree.
A final battle between Principal Penelope, Tammy, Simone, their friends and family once again playing capture the flag, this time with Frosty's hat and Mr. Tinkerton's clipboard as the flags features a climactic series of the scenes follows in which Principal Penelope tries and fails to recapture the hat and retrieving the clipboard back, and happily brings Frosty back to life again, just in time before the other townspeople, including Charlie Tinkerton (who is Donovan's father), Walter Wader (voiced by Tommy Hobson) and the Skarlow triplets; Sonny (voiced by Drake Bell), Sullivan "Sully" (voiced by Donovan Patton) and Simon (who are the trash managers), arrived, refusing to be deterred by Principal Penelope and hearing the ruckus.
After bringing Frosty back to life Mrs. Simple regaining her memories back, a defeated Principal Penelope, brimming in tears for failing her plans and deeply feels ashamed at herself, apologizes at the citizens for everything for what she had done, but however Frosty apologizes in return for making her feel jealous and making his childhood friends to fail Principal Pankley's first-attempt-plan before long ago for all these years, making Principal Penelope forgives him, Tammy and her family with a grip of Frosty's hand of accepting of his friendship, Before long, Charlie, Walter, the Skarlow triplets and the townspeople all came in and had a huge Frosty reunion, much to Tammy, Simone and their friends' happiness.
After Prinicpal Penelope accepts everyone's forgiveness, one by one, the children and their parents (including Tammy and her family) join in, until all the citizens of Evergreen, which had forgotten again how to have fun, now gives itself over joyously to, once again, a "snowball-fighting, horseplaying, lark of a good time", and restoring the fun back to Evergreen (announced by Sara), much to Tammy and Simone's delights.
Mayor Tinkerton then appears where he, Simone and Tammy (after apologizing for stealing the clipboard) officially meet each other; he offers his brave niece (who strongly believes that she acts just like her father years ago) the option of living in his house with him or living back with her parents. After looking back at her parents (with a now-reformed Sara giving her a knowing smile), Simone then says he and Tamny has a better idea.
With their ideas, Tammy uses the magic from Frosty's hat to disintegrate the wall separating her home from the woods and everyone comes to the woods to enjoy the winter-time fun with their loved ones. The entire citizens unite in a circle around Mr. Tinkerton, Simone, Tommy, Mrs. Simple, a redeemed Scarlet, the cheerleader triplet girls, Donovan, Karen, Jennifer, Jessie, Frosty, Darling, Principal Penelope (who had decided to divorce Principal Pankley by flinging away her marriage ring) and Tammy. Then, Frosty uses his magic to form a ice crystal rainbow in the sky. As the scene come to a close at the end of the song, Tammy giggles.
As the snow melts, the unseen Frosty, with his family, says goodbye to Evergreen, a brief epilogue shows the audience Evergreen transformed into summer—with Simone swimming with Charlie and Mayor Tinkerton, Tommy roller-blading, Mrs. Simple and a redeemed Principal Penelope (being best friends again) doing gardening, Tammy and Sara having a picnic with Mr. Simple (voiced by Alec Baldwin), and Donovan reading a book about magic.
All the time, the new story has been narrated by a kindly, elderly, seemingly old woman who appears periodically and comments on the events unfolding in Evergreen. In the final scene, the woman (who is the very first female narrator) reveals that she is actually Sara and she has been telling the audience her own future story before inviting Tommy (voiced by Burt Reynolds) back inside the house from the cold (as seen from the original movie).

- This is the final movie to complete the trilogy.
- The movie is very similar between "The Lion King: Simba's Pride", "The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea" and "The Jungle Book 2" .
- In the movie, Frosty first-time reveals to Tammy that he is "Frosty Jr." and also has his older identical twin brother; "Frostcalucis" (originally as seen from Frosty the Snowman).
- Nicole Oliver, guest star from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, My Little Pony: Equestria Girls films and My Little Pony: the Movie, voices as "Crystal" in the movie.
