The King of Fighters NeoGeo Collection is a video game compilation developed and published by SNK that includes all the King of Fighters games that were previously released on the Neo Geo arcade/console platform. The collection is released worldwide on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X & S, Nintendo Switch and PC (via Steam and Epic Games) in August 2025 to celebrate the King of Fighters series' 31st anniversary.

While games included were previously released on every single next-generation console that has existed via Hamster Corporation's Arcade Archives, a collection will now feature online multiplayer with rollback for all included titles, provided by Code Mystics.

Games[]

The bundle contains eleven titles from the King of Fighters series, including select canon games, alongside the memorable dream matches.

Extra/Bonus Features[]

  • The ability to change between original and arranged soundtracks, or maybe even mix them together.
  • The ability to play hidden/secret characters upon them being unlockable in offline/online multiplayer modes.
  • As said above, most of the included titles that are a part of this very compilation would support online multiplayer, including ranked matchmaking, challenging friends and a tournament mode (the Switch version can be played locally with four consoles for eight players) with a rollback netcode developed by Code Mystics from their previous SNK ports.
  • "Training Mode" allows the player to practice various moves and techniques for all games/titles.
  • Save states which can be used to save and resume a game at any time.
  • The ability to switch between the Japanese and International editions of each game.
  • A museum which allows a player to view concept art/artwork, pitch documents and facts about each release.
  • A music player to listen to tracks across select games from the King of Fighters series.
  • Developer interviews.
  • An interactive timeline that chronicles the entire series' history.
  • Biographies that provide background information, stories, sprite art and animations for each and every playable fighter and boss in every game.
