Food

• In May 2002, Blue Bunny released a Gumball Ice Cream Bar based off The Face Paint World Life. It is shaped like Maddie's head, being wild berry and cherry flavored. Her gumball eyes are blue. Despite the series ended in 2007, the bar didn't stop production until 2009. With rumors, it is confirmed that Blue Bunny is bringing the Maddie bar back for The Face Paint Tribes, along with the new Ocean bar.
  • The aforementioned Ocean bar will be star-fruit and marshmallow flavored, and will have mismatched gumball eyes.
• In 2002, Kellogg's released a The Face Paint World Life cereal, with watermelon-flavored sweetened multigrain cereal (shaped like Matthew and Luna) with marshmallows shaped like Collin, Maddie, Alexis and Gerrett. It was defunct in 2006, the year before the show ended. It is announced that Kellogg's is bringing back the cereal to promote the upcoming The Face Paint Tribes, and might stay around for the revival seasons, and will introduce the new Ocean marshmallow.
• Starting in late 2002 and being defunct in mid 2005, Kellogg's also released fruit-flavored snakes of TFPWL. Flavors included strawberry (Maddie), blue rasperry (Collin), melon (Gerrett), grape (Matthew) and cherry (Luna).

• In 2002, Fruitopia released a special flavor based off The Face Paint World Life, being watermelon and strawberry-flavored, named "Maddie's Drink". It was then defunct in 2003 in awake of Fruitopia being discontinued.

• In 2001, to celebrate the premeire of the series, Nesquik released three exclusive flavors based off the series. Those being the White Cat-y Chocolate (White chocolate flavored; Matthew), Pink'ddie Milk (Strawberry-banana, Maddie) and Collin's Choco-banana Milk (Chocolate banana, Collin). These are brought back several times during the lifespan of TFPWL, with 2004 introducing three new flavors, being the Crystal Fruity Drink (Fruit, Crystal). Caram-ocean (Caramel, Ocean) and [Gerrett]. It was then defunct in 2007, with tons of petitions to bring those back.
• In 2004, Pepsi released a Pepsi drink to promote the series, being named Pepsi Ocean-y Blast (themed like Ocean), being a pink-colored, strawberry/watermelon-flavored Pepsi soda. There are talks that they are bringing back the Ocean-y Blast drink alongside with a new Pepsi drink for The Face Paint Tribes.

• In 2003, Kraft released a Macaroni and Cheese with shapes like heads of Collin, Maddie, Matthew, Luna and Alexis. They went defunct in 2008, but was brought back by popular demand in 2017.

• On December 2020, it is confirmed that Avatoon will be teaming up with Disney to make TFPWL-themed outfits and cosplays. The collab will last from January to April 2021.

Sweepstakes

• In 2001, to promote the premeire of the then-upcoming The Face Paint World Life, Dr. Pepper started a sweepstakes where if you collect 4 of the themed cans (Collin, Maddie, Matthew and Alexis) and take pictures of them and show them to Disney, then you can win prizes. Prizes include $25 thousand dollars, a trip to Walt Disney World in Florida (or Disney's California Adventure in California), a free Matthew plush, a signed TFPWL premeire poster and TBD.
  • Dr. Pepper started an another sweepstakes in 2003, this time collecting all 8 of the cans and taking pictures of them. Prizes, this time, include TBD.

Others

• To promote both The Face Paint Tribes and the revival seasons, Build-a-Bear Workshop produced the "Build Your Own Ocean" plush, you can build a Ocean Starshine and you can customize her with various tops, skirts and shoes, including her iconic outfit. Her hair is made of synthetic fiber. Therefore, you can give her different hairstlyes. This promotion lasted from January 2021 til June 2021.
