The Dip (stylized as Seth Godin's The Dip) is an upcoming 2017 American 3D computer-animated comedy film directed by Chris Renaud and John Lasseter from a script written by Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio from a story by Chris Meledandri. It stars Jason Ritter as the voice of the titular character, along with Cameron Diaz and Pierre Coffin. The film, set and shot in New York City, who give it the name of Dipper Pines.

The Dip is Illumination Entertainment's second film to be a combination of director and animation, the first being Toy Story. It will be released in 3D and IMAX 3D on September, 16 2017 by Universal Pictures.
