An independent woman who is from a long line of assassins. She claims to know Pedro, who, according to her, was a good man and "made her fall in love with him right away"

Renata Fernandez

Voiced by Rihanna

She is the childhood friend of Marcela and seems to have a score with her. She is now a police officer and Marcela likes to call her a "moreno"(a term used in spanish to refer to individuals of dark-haired or dark-skinned) in order to get her angry. She seems to have mixed feelings for Marcela and is sometimes seen helping her out of a bad situation.

Ricardo Silva

Voiced by Ice Cube

A friend of Pedro's who assumed control of the crime syndicate O Assassino Preto("The Black Killer") while Marcela was behind bars. He and Pedro have been friends since they were children,and Pedro once saved his life from the previous leaders of Assassino once it was discovered that Ricardo plotted to take control of the gang. Throughout the film, he is shown to be harsh, brutal and vicious, rarely showing mercy to those that have interfered with his plans.

Pedro Barcellos

Voiced by Matt Damon

Marcela's love interest/boyfriend. He is a former member of Assassino and an old friend of Ricardo.

Joao Eduardo Garcia

Voiced by Matthew Mercer

One of Ricardo's henchman with a violent and sadistic temper. Prior to the events of the film, he, Pedro and Ricardo were close friends. He attempts to take control of Assassino by having Ricardo killed ,saying that while Ricardo taking over Assassino, this group is now "off limits", but his betrayal is discovered leading to conflict between the three for the remainder of the movie. He is also Pedro's cousin.
