The Day Copper-9 Stands Still gives us more of our favorite Drones kicking butt on the big screen, but even their looney friends have their own moments to offer. Just read these moments for yourself & relish in the action-packed looniness!
- Despite not knowing what they're up against most of the time, Porky, Petunia, & especially Daffy don't hesitate to take on the threat no matter how much they get thrown around.
- Cut Thad some slack during the fights he's in. He still sticks around to try & stop whatever threat they're facing, & just like the Tunes, he doesn't stay down for long when he's beat.
- Hell, he even decides to join Uzi in her hijinks, going to show how much this Lovable Jock is willing to go for his friends.
Thad: I mean, you guys got me out of that mess with the spooky eldtrich stuff, it's the least I could do.
- Hell, he even decides to join Uzi in her hijinks, going to show how much this Lovable Jock is willing to go for his friends.
- While it ultimately falls flat on their faces, Porky, Daffy, Petunia, & Thad form a cohesive plan to warn everyone at prom about Doll, especially so that Daffy doesn't let his paranoia take over him & allow him to do it like a lunatic.
- After looking over at some of his wife's drawings after he shows them to Uzi before she leaves for their camping trip, he gathers the WDF for a meeting, firmly announcing his plans for the organization to get out of the bunker & face the threat that the Solver poses. He is met with unanimous agreement.
- Porky & Daffy are willing to risk life & limb to keep their promise to Farmer Jim.
- Daffy screaming for help is enough for Porky to really start getting out of being shackled to the hospital bed by Alice.
- When they fail to get Porky, Petunia, & N out of the cave-in in the Cabin Fever labs, Daffy doesn't hesitate to race back in to get them out, with Thad following suit. Too bad the Solver makes sure their friends stay trapped in there forever.
- Literally anytime Petunia has her flamethrower on her.
- Daffy's vehicle, The Magnetizer, is loads of awesome in battle.
- After Uzi leaves for camp investigation, Khan a closer look at the drawings of his late wife, Nori. Once he has analyzed them very deeply, the next thing he does is organize a meeting with the WDF, announcing his plan to take action & face the Solver head-on.
Khan: (showing 1 of Nori's drawings featuring the Solver symbol) If my wife's closet is right, this planet is gonna try to eat us soon. (slams his palms on the table) We cannot accept that.
David: Sir? Are you suggesting...?
Jennifer: No way. We're gonna fight?
Khan: That would be affirmative. If we are to take action against this creature, we must be prepared. Efficient. Competent. We're putting this thing in its place, & making sure everyone will be safe from it, if it's the last thing we ever do. Who's with me?
(Everyone cheers in agreement.) - When Uzi gets N, Porky, & Petunia out of the cathedral, they don't hesitate to get out immediately & save her.
- What follows after the last bullet point is an utterly amazing climactic experience. You could tell it was 1 big apology letter to the Broken Base that was Murder Drones' own series finale.
Daffy: It's what the audience wants! [to the camera] Right, fellas?
Moviegoer: Yeah!
[Cue many silohuetted moviegoers standing up & cheering.]- Every single Pre-Asskicking 1-Liner from every character in this is epic.
- The fight against J, with N taking on his former boss head on alongside Porky, Daffy, Petunia, Thad, Lizzy, & the WPF.
- N, Porky, & Petunia going off to save Uzi in the drone pod.
- Daffy & Khan save everyone being held back by the lack of gravity through modifying an old, ruined bus into a futuristic 1 (that can fly, too!). They do the same when rescuing Uzi, N, Porky, & Petunia by steering the bus in the Solver's direction in an attempt to save them. Of course, even when the Solver flings them away at 1st try, they prove that tenacity is far more powerful.
Daffy: When you need to get something done quickly in a high-stakes situation, you don't need to know how to drive. - Porky's Rousing Speech before the heroes all go off to fight the Solver.
Lizzy: There's no way we could take on that big of an abomination!
Porky: No. As repetitive as this sounds, we have to fight. No ifs, ands, or buts. Especially b-b-b-b-because we have a reason to! To save this p-p-planet! And to save everyone in it! I d-d-don't care we don't seem capable enough! L-l-l-let's use what we have, & give our b-b-best shot! It's up to us let that thing know that it f-f-f-failed! We're going to make our stand, at this very moment! W-w-we can do this! Together!
(Everyone starts cheering after Porky's speech.) - Folowing this is them putting their hands in the middle before the Solver interrupts them. Never has putting hands in the middle seem so epic.
- THE ENTIRETY OF THE FINAL BATTLE. Dear goodness, the spectacle is something astounding & never seen before, even on the show itself. Basically, Uzi, & all of her allies take on the Solver in an effort to end it once & for all, all set to "BITE ME, Let's Get Looney". And it is mind-blowing.
- In Uzi & the Solver's final duel, it seems all is lost as the latter stabs the former in the core to kill her & prevent her defeating it. Not willing to die knowing the Solver is still out there, Uzi destroys the [Null] sphere, allowing the opposite to come to pass, ending it forever.
