Plot[]

Elisa the baby conductor and her animal orchestra are living their usual lives, performing classical pieces of music for an audience of animals. The animals in the audience applaud the Canon and Gigue in D Major: Canon piece by Johann Pachelbel, performed by the string session. As such, the string session took a bow. The performance is in a dream by Elisa, where she is asleep in her crib. The next day, the orchestra treats the animals to more pieces of classical music such as Piano Quartet No. 1, Op. 15: II. Scherzo. Allegro vivo by Gabriel Fauré, Carnival of the Animals, R. 125: XIV. Finale by Camille Saint-Saëns, The Four Seasons "(Spring)" by Antonio Vivaldi, and Sonata for horn, trumpet and trombone (1st movement only) by Francis Poulenc. After that piece, the applause continues and the orchestra prepares to play another piece. In a far away castle, there lives a doppelganger of Elisa: Anti Elisa. She doesn't like classical music one bit. She calls over her minions: Anti Sally, Anti Leo the baby koala, Anti Vincent the hippo, and Anti Maxine, so that they can take a look at what she's found. Both Anti Leo the baby koala and Anti Maxine discover that the conductor's name is Elisa.

Her animal orchestra is under her leadership and that they and the audience won't know who they are if they see them in person. Impressed, Anti Vincent decides to send Anti Elisa on a mission to bring the orchestra to him so that he can have all of their musical power, and Anti Elisa vows to end the conductor's career for good if they succeed in capturing the orchestra. Anti Sally, Anti Leo the baby koala, Anti Vincent the hippo, and Anti Maxine go to prepare the cages for their captives. Anti Elisa heads out on her mission.

A few days later, the orchestra has plans for a big party in the theatre to commemorate the 20 year anniversary of the Classical Baby TV show, where it all began. However, Elisa isn't excited about having a rowdy and wild anniversary party with her orchestra and Leo the baby koala is aware of the "planned party", which could expose them to dangers, but the orchestra doesn't listen and they ignore him and Elisa. But when the anniversary party starts a few more days later, Elisa's forebodings are justified; from a street block, Anti Elisa notices such light coming to her from the theatre, follows the noise to the theatre, and begins to kidnap the animals, including Vincent the hippo, Tim the pig, Johanna the baby polar bear, Valeria the cricket, Benson the frog, and Timmy the frog. While the rest of both the orchestra and the audience animals take refuge behind the curtain, despite Leo the baby koala's objections against strangers, he, Rudy, Elisa, Jerry, and Sally the cricket announce that they'll be going on an adventure to save their friends. Walking back home, Elisa announces that she will not tolerate this action (kidnapping).

Deciding that there’s only one thing left to do, she must protect classical music forever with her animal friends and save all orchestra members, so she prepares a backpack, fills it with supplies that might help the baby conductor and her animal friends, and prepares herself for what's to come before she leaves the house.

Meanwhile, Jerry, Leo, Rudy, and Sally get themselves into several peril obstacles and situations, but they are finally rescued by Elisa, who thinks Leo's objections against strangers are hopeless and only followed them in the hopes of making sure that they are protected from the doppelgangers and other threats. Leo and Sally try to theorize guesses on how their friends could have gotten kidnapped, but none of them are valid. To the shock of the others, Elisa found an anonymous note demanding that classical music will end forever and that any musician that performs any type of classical music will be held captive. However, a few moments as they make their way into the street, they come upon a heavy traffic jam on the highway that seems to take forever. As Leo ponders about what they are going to do now, a determined Jerry walks around in a circle trying to think, and when he notices a nearby street light, he gets an idea. He climbs the street light, looks down at the long line of vehicles and jumps down from the pole, successfully landing on top of a car. He then helps Leo, Elisa, Sally, and Rudy onto the top of the car, but just as they are about to make their way across the street through the top of another, the traffic light suddenly flashes green and all of the vehicles start moving abruptly with the baby conductor and her 4 animal friends on top of the car they were on. Jumping from vehicle to vehicle with Leo, Elisa, Jerry, and Rudy, Sally narrowly loses her footing and almost falls to the road below before Leo catches her, after which they finally get back down to the ground and keep moving.

In the castle, Anti Elisa glares at the captives that she put into cages, thanks to the help of Anti Sally, Anti Leo the baby koala, Anti Vincent the hippo, and Anti Maxine. Anti Maxine has kept his normal clone, Maxine the moose, bound and gagged as he is chained up with Timmy the frog and Tim the pig. Anti Maxine threatens him and the orchestra before speaking to them in a mocking way, then after showing his true tone and demanding them to stop classical music for good under Anti Elisa's orders, the other orchestra captives and Timmy the frog vehemently refuse to accept his deal, since they don't know the orchestra personally. Anti Elisa scolds them, and threats them with making them do housework for her and her minions. After walking some more, Leo, Sally, Elisa, Jerry, and Rudy reach a junkyard so that they can find a more efficient way of traveling. They manage to construct a makeshift car out of a wagon, some old car parts and an engine and take it out for a test drive before driving it down the street. However, Leo, who is enjoying the ride a little too much, starts fighting with Sally over the steering wheel, causing them to go careening out of control and crash into a forest, wrecking their vehicle in the process. Realizing that Sally has ruined their chance of getting closer to where their friends are kept hostage at, Rudy loses his temper and goes on a long tirade towards her, where she responds by back talking to Rudy.

After a hostile and aggressive argument between the two animals ensues, Rudy announces that the others should separate. Elisa doesn't agree with this and that they are a team. Rudy has to forgive Sally for what he did, until it begins raining. Leo, Sally, Elisa, Jerry, and Rudy eventually come upon an abandoned cabin and stay in it for the night before going to sleep, at which point the rain finally stops. The next morning, Leo, Sally, Elisa, Jerry, and Rudy wake up and walk through the forest until they come upon a road, but still have no idea how to get to their friends from here. They eventually see the castle in the distance and sneak into it. They witness Anti Elisa commanding the other orchestra captives to do her work, but Leo still holds out hope that they'll be getting out of this alive.

In an empty room, they find some of the captured audience animals being guarded by Anti Leo the baby koala, who serves as a young scullery maid for Anti Elisa. After learning from Anti Leo the baby koala that he is at odds with Anti Maxine, who warns Albert the deer about the normal Maxine, Leo, Sally, Elisa, Jerry, and Rudy hear Anti Elisa's footsteps and flee from the castle without freeing the captives, offending the captives. When Anti Elisa sees Leo, Sally, Elisa, Jerry, and Rudy, she reveals her true intentions to them after cornering them outside of her castle and asks Elisa about the other animals and their whereabouts. Jerry, trying to be the fond one that he is, reveals he has wanted to save them with their friends after Anti Elisa had kidnapped them without a reason. Betrayed, she steals Elisa's baton and calls Anti Leo, Anti Sally, Anti Vincent the hippo, and Anti Maxine. After Anti Sally, Anti Vincent the hippo, and Anti Maxine arrive and manage to deal with Leo, Sally, Elisa, Jerry, and Rudy (except for Anti Leo the baby koala), they go to the empty theatre and easily drag out the rest of the audience animals and remaining orchestra members, then put them into locked up cages. After all the captives are in their cages, Anti Elisa places them in a large bunker, leaving them there. A heartbroken Leo then turns gray in his misery before not being able to defend Elisa, believing the situation is all his fault; the rest of the animals also become sad and lose their colors. Elisa, however, breaks her rule and sings a song to cheer up her animal friends, which successfully brings back their colors.

Anti Leo comes to them in the bunker, scaring the animals. However, Anti Leo is grateful for Elisa and her heroic behaviors, so he secretly releases her and the animals from the bunker without letting Anti Elisa, Anti Sally, Anti Vincent, and Anti Maxine know. When Anti Sally, Anti Vincent the hippo, and Anti Maxine come to the bunker, they see it is empty, so they call Anti Elisa over. Anti Elisa asks Anti Leo in anger about the empty bunker, and when Anti Leo said he let the captives out for fresh air, Anti Sally, Anti Vincent the hippo, and Anti Maxine decide to punish Anti Leo for what he did, under Anti Elisa's orders. The animals and Elisa trudge along some more, pondering on where exactly the theatre is until they hear screaming coming from the castle. Leo thinks Anti Leo is in trouble and so will they for being let out by Anti Leo, but Elisa refuses to see Anti Leo get punished just for letting someone out of danger, so they all go back to the castle to save Anti Leo. When Elisa and the animals see Anti Elisa, Anti Sally, Anti Vincent the hippo, and Anti Maxine, they explain about Anti Leo. Anti Leo hears classical music and Anti Elisa tries to destroy it, but Anti Sally, Anti Vincent the hippo, and Anti Maxine find happiness in classical music. The minions and the orchestra celebrate together in song, ending their feud. However, Anti Elisa corners them and tries to capture her own minions, but she is sent rolling away on a cart, never to be seen again.

Elisa and Leo, Sally, Jerry, and Rudy are crowned by the remaining orchestra members for their bravery in a ceremony in the theatre. As such, the animals cheer and applaud them, including Anti Leo, Anti Sally, Anti Vincent the hippo, and Anti Maxine.
