~ Tagline

The Avengers is a series published by Marvel;Re and is a reboot of the original Marvel;Re Avengers series, taking place in Marvel;Re's rebooted continuity. Like in the original series, the Avengers within this series have a multitude of different sub-teams, all meant to tackle various challenges the Marvel Universe possesses.

Plot[]

Earth's Mightiest Heroes, the Avengers, have expanded their roster to numbers never before seen in their history in a greater effort to defend the Earth from the many threats the universe can throw at it. Organizing themselves into purpose-specialized teams, the Avengers seek to protect the Earth whatever the cost with every power they have.

Characters[]

Teams[]

Made up of the leaders of all the other teams, the Alpha Avengers are the primary benefactors and commanders of the other teams. The team is in charge of bureaucratic issues, voting to reach a conclusion on important topics such as whether or not to accept members into the group, the best way to handle situations that affect the Avengers as a whole, etc. A member making an important decision without the consent of the other members is not allowed. They rarely appear on the battlefield, as they only fight when the enemy is particularly heavy-hitting.

Also nicknamed "Avengers International", the team is formed by Captain America to bring peace to beyond America. The team consists of heroes that Cap deems would be skilled in protecting the world, against a massive manner of threats. This team is written by MarvelDCandFantasyFanBoy12.

A team of Avengers headquartered within the heart of the superhero community, New York City. Led by the Invincible Iron Man, the Gamma Avengers focus on the affairs of the United States' eastern seaboard and the surrounding international areas. Due to Stark's leadership, the team is supported by Stark Industries' many technologies, which they liberally use as often as the situation permits against dangerous adversaries and situations.

At one point, Wasp was a member of this team before moving to the Iota Avengers team, otherwise known as the West Coast Avengers.

Team Delta is led by Captain Marvel in the battle against cosmic and supernatural threats. This team is written by Iago PUC.

Otherwise known as the Mighty Avengers, team Epsilon is a heavy-duty team of superheroes founded to combat powerful existential threats to not just the Earth, but also the rest of the cosmos and adjacent alternate dimensions. Led by long-time Avenger, Thor Odinson, this team is composed of powerful warriors of mythic prowess, whose immense powers lend more than just mere credence towards their mighty moniker. This team is written by Jacky 50A.

Roster to be updated...

  • Thor Odinson - The Nordic god of thunder and a founding Avenger, who leads the Mighty Avengers.
  • Hyperion (Marcus Milton) - The sole survivor of a dead universe, who was liberated from AIM captivity and joined the Avengers.
  • Spirit Rider (Kushala) - A host of the Spirit of Vengeance and former Sorcerer Supreme of the middle 19th Century.

The most recent Avengers team to be formed. They operate in Los Angeles and are tasked with defending the western region of the United States, a role that was vacant until their forming. The team was initially controversial in the wider superhero community due most of its members either being polarizing figures themselves or being related to polarizing figures, though this reputation only pushed the members closer together. They are a true "found family" and have a heavier focus on redeeming criminals as oppose to locking them up forever/killing them like some other teams/heroes.

This team is written by GazzaB9.
