Taking Back Friday: Rising Sun (sometimes known as just Rising Sun) is a 1985 concert film featuring the Scottish pop rock band Taking Back Friday. The filming took place during the summer of 1984, durring their concert at the Nippon Budokan in Japan, with additional footage shot at EMI Elstree Studios in England. The film premiered the following year in May 1985. It was accompanied by a soundtrack album.
