Tails is an American computer-animated web television series. It is a based off in the Sonic the Hedgehog video game franchise as well as the six television series based on the franchise. The series is scheduled to debut on the family-oriented ViacomCBS streaming service Paramount Prime in September, its launch date. The series is produced by Paramount Animation, Sega, and Original Film, the studio that co-produced 2020's Sonic the Hedgehog.

The series takes place during the events of the 2020 film, and centers around Tails searching for Sonic, as shown in the post-credits scene of the film. Colleen Villard reprises her role as Tails from both the video games and the film.

Premise

Tails travels through the various dimensions of the universe in search of Sonic the Hedgehog.

The series is animated through Marza Animation Planet, one of the visual effects companies behind Sonic the Hedgehog (2020).
