Styhon Battersea Oyj & plc is a Finnish-Canadian dual-listed holding company founded in June 2020, by Kasperi Salovaara and Oliver Watson. It was established through the merger between Battersea Holdings plc and Salovaara Ventures Group.
They are headquartered in Toronto, Canada (sharing offices with OWL Ventures) with secondary headquarters in Hyvinkää, Finland (sharing offices with Vuori).
