Heart and Umasou's Big Chase is a 2030 comedy-drama action short film based on the 2010 film You are Umasou (in which that is based on the picture books by Tatsuya Miyanishi) The film is also simultaneously a spin-off short film of the 2030 Cartoon Network film Steven Universe: The Tournament, as Heart, Umasou, Baku, Light and Pero Pero star in the film.
The short film revolves around Heart going off for the night to hunt for meat, when Gonza's friends go on a chase for Umasou. After meeting up with Umasou, he and Heart must try everything they can to stop them.
Heart and Umasou's Big Chase was released on November 8, 2030, featured in the DVD, Blu-Ray and Blu-Ray 3D release of The Tournament. It was later released on Checker on April 25, 2031.
Summary[]
Heart is going off into the jungle to get food for himself. When Gonza's friends return to eat Umasou, Heart arrives to make sure that no harm comes Umasou's way. But after Gonza's friends head for them with a thirst for blood, Heart and Umasou must do whatever they can to stop them.

- Pero Pero: [points her neck to an ichthyosaur] That? That's an ichthyosaur. They're large marine reptiles.
- Umasou: Yeah?
- Pero Pero: That's right...
- Heart: It's really nice enjoying out here in the summer, isn't it?
- Pero Pero: Yeah.
- Heart: Hey Pero Pero, would you do me a favor?
- Pero Pero: Yeah?
- Heart: Would you mind babysitting my son while I go find some food in the jungle?
- Pero Pero: [giggles] Of course.
