Star Fox Collection
Star Fox Collection is an anthology collection of spaceship shooter game series and published by Nintendo for the Switch video game console. It features five games of Star Fox.
Games[]
Star Fox Origins[]
- Main article: Star Fox Origins
This game is the prequel to the Star Fox main games. The playable character is James McCloud, Fox's father like in Star Fox Command. The story explained when James McCloud founded Star Fox.
Star Fox Zero[]
Star Fox Zero is a remake of the 1993 game Star Fox. It was designed to "retell the story of Star Fox's mission to save the Lylat System from the evil clutches of Andross". It have introduced the now-familiar concepts of All-Range Mode, and the rival Star Wolf team.
Star Fox: The Second Attack![]

The sequel to Star Fox Zero. The Aurum, an alien species, returned from Kid Icarus: Uprising and seek to destroy every planet of the Lylat System and harvest its resources for their own agenda.
Star Fox Adventures[]
Star Fox Adventures is a remade with addition of the gameplay of Star Fox 2. Star Fox had a mission to save Sauria (Dinosaur Planet) from General Scales' SharpClaw and Andross' forces.
Star Fox: Ex-Zodiac[]

The crossover game between Star Fox and Ex-Zodiac.
Star Fox: Assault[]
Star Fox: Assault had an enhanced remaster. Pigma and Andrew were still in Star Wolf. Pigma's clone was created with Captain Shears' cloning machine. James McCloud's Great Fox from Star Fox Command spared Fox's Great Fox from crashing at the entrance to the Aparoid Homeworld Core.
Star Fox Command[]
Star Fox Command had an enhanced remaster. The Star Fox team had never been break up on the wish of one of Star Fox fans, C.J. Conway.
Star Fox 64 3D[]
Star Fox 64 3D is a remake of the 1997 video-game Star Fox 64. Andross had returned and has again invaded the Lylat System so Star Fox need to save Corneria and free the Lylat System once again.

List of changes[]
Star Fox Zero[]
- The game features HD, 3D graphics with a fully ship models rather than polygons.
- Arwings and Wolfens resemble their Star Fox 64 3D counterparts. The Great Fox resembles its Super Smash Bros. Ultimate design. The Landmaster resembles its Star Fox 64 3D appearance.
- The game's introduction combined Star Fox's intro with Star Fox 64's intro.
- In N64, the Introductory text says, "STARFOX IN NINTENDO 64", while in the 3DS text says "STAR FOX ON NINTENDO 3DS". The Introductory text now says, "STAR FOX ON NINTENDO SWITCH".
- Training Mode is now required to be completed at least once before the story can be attempted.
- After completing Training Mode, a trial run is now an available option. The player must fly down a metallic tunnel with a series of still pillars and moving obstacles to the finish. In addition three stars are giving as chances, with one lost for each crash made. Losing all three stars results in failure.
- All previously unnamed enemies in SNES are given names.
- All major bosses in Star Fox SNES now have their names displayed at the start of each fight, which was previously only seen in supplemental material. With the exception of Slot Machine, each boss also has a title above their name, similar to how the bosses were listed in the original Star Fox manual. These boss's names and titles refers back to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Banjo-Tooie.
- The Training mode now resembles a wire framed VR simulation, resembling the simple maps from Star Fox: Assault's Multiplayer.
- The Star Fox team's logo now shimmers behind the name of a level or mode, while the mission names and world descriptions are displayed much slower in a more dynamic style.
- Before gameplay begins on Venom, the mission name and the world description is now displayed for that stage.
- The other Star Fox members now retreat into the Great Fox to repair damages to their ship rather than be shot down and will be permanently down for the remainder of the original game's playthrough.
- The original stages are now expanded. For example, the Corneria stage combined easy, intermediate or difficult paths and two paths lead to Meteo and Sector Y.
- The Meteo stage is a combination of two stages in level 1 and level 3 and two paths lead to the Space Armada and Fichina and secret paths to the Black Hole and Out of This Dimension.
- The original Sector Y stage is reused for Aquas.
- The Venom Orbital stage is a combination of all three routes of difficulty.
- Venom is the longest stage in the game and the combined easy and hard routes' ground level at the actual surface of the planet and the smallest moon.
- Macbeth have volcanic activity underground.
- The first segment of the Space Armada stage is the battle between the Cornerian army and Andross' Venomian army.
- A large tunnel is added in the last segment of the Meteor stage.
- Corneria and Fortuna now had viewable landmasses and oceans.
- The planet Titania is now a desert planet instead of a snowy planet.
- Three more planets Eladard, Fichina and Aquas were added.
- The map of the Lylat System was redesigned.
- The maximum amount of Smart Bombs has been increased from 5 to 9.
- All-range mode areas are now exist.
- The Somersault technique and U-turn can now be performed.
- Sectors X, Y and Z now had X, Y and Z shape nebulae. Sectors X, Y and Z resemble their Star Fox 64 counterparts.
- Sector X relocated between Fichina and Titania. Sector Y relocated near Corneria. Sector Z relocated next to Eladard.
- Macbeth is now blue instead of red.
- The prototype Bolse added between Titania and Venom
- The Black Hole's physical design has changed, resembling its Futurama appearance. The area has a vortex with a black hole in the background instead of having a waving background with shades of blue and purple, and infinitely loops.
- Titania relocated next to Sector X.
- Aquas located between Fortuna and Sector Z.
- Eladard located next to Sector Z.
- Selectable difficulty levels not exist.
- The Secret Base is the exclusive location of the Stage Builder.
- Escape from the surreal level Out of This Dimension! is now possible by entering the Black Hole after defeating the boss and unlocking the alternate ending for the game after all cleared.
- Visible cracks are now displayed the Cores of the ships of the Space Armada, indicating how much more damage Fox has to inflict until it breaks.
- The room the Atomic Base located is dark. The lights turn on to reveal the Atomic Base.
- A new bosses were added. Dune Worm is boss on Titania. The Dark Wolf, Star Wolf's mothership, is a boss in Sector Z after the Atomic Base II was defeated.
- This incarnation of Andross was the Telekinetic Amplifier.
- Andross is similar to Star Fox Zero for Wii U.
- The soundtrack of Star Fox SNES has been re-arranged. Some of the soundtrack from Star Fox 64 was reused for this game, such as Boss Fight B.
- The Space Armada theme receives an additional re-arrangement that plays in Space Armada like Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
- The Asteroid Belt is given a Meteo theme. Originally, it shared Asteroid and Venom Orbital music with Venom Orbital.
- Similarly, Sector X was given its own theme from Star Fox 64 unlike the original SNES version, where its theme is shared with Sector Z.
- The Atomic Base's boss theme receives an additional re-arrangement that mixes with Unused Cutscene 1 & 2 themes from Star Fox 2.
- The Spinning Core has a new boss theme melody that combines its original boss theme with the Planet Boss Battle 1 & 2 the Battle Carrier Core Boss Battle from Star Fox 2.
- Mission Accomplished theme from Star Fox 64 now plays upon the player defeats the boss. Course Clear theme only plays in Vs. Mode.
- An arrangement of the VS. Mode themes from Star Fox 64.
Star Fox Adventures[]
- Dinosaur Planet renamed Sauria like Assault.
- Quotes have been changed.
- Fox tells Tricky about King EarthWalker fighting the bad guys before he was captured foreseeing Walled City.
- Andross intended to destroy Sauria instead of the Lylat System.
- New items such as Corneria Cake, Small Keys, and Boss Keys were added.
- The Flying Galleon was fought twice instead of once. First, Krystal fights the Galleon, and second, Fox fights the Galleon at CloudRunner Fortress.
- Last Test: Battle with General Scales has been renamed Last Test: The Boss Rematch.
- The last Krazoa Shrine now have a elevator pad to the second floor surrounded by statues of Galdon, the Flying Galleon, the King RedEye and Drakor. Each statue seems to have a corresponding door, which Fox must traverse through.
- Through each doorway, Fox is teleported back to the environments in which he fought each boss: DarkIce Mines, CloudRunner Fortress, Walled City and Dragon Rock. However, each version is distorted from their originals, as these landmarks were reconstructed from the Krazoa using the memories of others.
- Once all four bosses have been defeated, Fox can now proceed to the second floor of the shrine where General Scales ambushed Fox.
- Fox now battles Scales. Once defeated, Scales tried to attack Fox before is stopped by Andross.
- At the end when Krystal is freed from the crystal. She takes the staff out of Fox's hands. The staff is no longer on Fox's back, fixing a original game's error.
- The boss Andross fought was Robot Andross.
- After defeating Robot Andross, a fake credits is shown with the music "Great Fox Rocks" that winds down to stop.
- More planets such as Katina, Solar, Fichina, Aquas and Zoness were added in the Lylat System map.
- In addition to Base Cores changing colors to indicate health, cracks are displayed on the Core.
- A new final stage set in Astropolis (replacing the final boss in Dinosaur Planet's orbit)
Star Fox: Assault[]
- The Aparoids are now capitalized throughout the game.
- Two new missions were added.
- The seven satellite missions were added.
- Captain Shears replaces General Pepper as the boss on Corneria.
- Falco now calls the Aparoid Queen a female character while she is being battled instead of erroneously calling a male character.
Star Fox Command[]
- The game's endings has been reduced from 9 to 2 as bad or good endings.
- Macbeth and Zoness are added in the Lylat System map.
