StarVoice Collective is a mobile app that was launched on December 14, 2008 as part of a deal with SPR Belgium, Proximus, MapleStars Interactive, The Jim Henson Company, and Creative Artists Agency. It sends personalized phone calls and video messages from voice actors (and their characters), puppeteers, and celebrities around the world in many languages. This app also has a chatting area similar to WhatsApp named CelebChat. Where users can chat with their favorite celebrities after following them on said app.
