The spirit wisps are only genderless wispy spirits who can only use the ability of flight. Their weaknesses are the light, which makes the spirit wisp dissolve into dust, just like a vampire.

A spirit wisp has no body (ex: legs, arms, etc.) which means it has a wispy, circle shape.
