Smurfs: The Lost Quest is an American 3D CGI computer-animated musical film created by Sony Pictures Animation, Columbia Pictures, The Kerner Entertainment Company, and Sony Pictures Releasing. It is the second installment of the Smurfs reboot film series. It will once again star Demi Lovato and Jack McBrayer as the respective voices of Smurfette and Clumsy Smurf, and they will be love interests for the very first time. Plus, the two lead actors will sing an official song for the film. Johan and Peewit, the Smurflings (now remade as adults and renamed the Smurfeneers), Vexy and Markus, Grandpa Smurf, and a few other Smurfs will return in the film. Hank Azaria will return to voice his original role of Gargamel.

After learning about a special place where no Smurf has ever discovered before, Smurfette and Clumsy, with the help of the now shrunken Sir Johan and Peewit, must venture there to rescue Papa Smurf from Gargamel.
