Smurfs: Adventures In the Little Village[]
Smurfs: Adventures In The Little Village is an American/Canadian television series produced by Warner Brothers Animation, Studio Peyo and DHX Media. It premiered on Qubo in on March 1st, 2005 and ran for four seasons until December 16th, 2011.
Characters & Voice Cast[]
Main Characters[]
Papa Smurf (Played by David Lodge)[]
Papa Smurf is the leader and elder of the Smurfs and can be easily distinguished by his red clothes, bushy white mustache and beard. The Smurfs turn to Papa Smurf when things go wrong. Papa Smurf is skilled in making magical spells and potions. He is much older than the other Smurfs (except for Grandpa and Nanny, who are older than Papa). Papa Smurf often serves the other Smurfs with his knowledge and wisdom and usually devises a plan for how to get out of trouble or save the Smurf village from attacks by Gargamel. Unlike the other male Smurfs, Papa Smurf's trousers and hat are red instead of white.
Smurfette (Played by Laurie Hymes)[]
Smurfette is smart, capable, and energetic. She loves herself and (most) everyone around her, leading her to be involved in almost everything that goes on.. While this musical Smurf may spend most of her time singing, dancing, or just performing, she's not as self-absorbed as one might think. No, she also sees others as blank stages just waiting to be turned into living sounds of music by her expert singing techniques. To her, the path to feeling good inside starts from the outside.
Clumsy (Played by Debi Derryberry)[]
Clumsy Smurf is a somewhat dimwitted yet amiable Smurf. In some dangerous situations, he is also revealed to be quite brave too. Despite his clumsiness, he finds himself always wanting to help others and usually looks on the bright side of things. He also ends up surprising himself and others when facing consequences.
Grouchy Smurf (Played by Nick Shakoour)[]
Cynical, surly, and rarely happy, Grouchy Smurf is very much the black sheep of the Smurf Village. While at first, it may seem like he's in the completely wrong line of work, he occupies a very particular niche among his bubbly smurf brethren and is often relegated of doing the tough jobs. Despite his antisocial traits, he's not above sharing a smile with his friends on special occasions, even if he pretends not to like it.
Brainy Smurf (Played by Laurie Hymes )[]
Curious, inquisitive, and bookish, Brainy Smurf lives to learn and absorb all the knowledge she can. No theory too great, no factoid too small, she's at her happiest when her muzzle is buried in a nice big tome.
Supporting Characters[]
Dreamy Smurf (Voiced by Erica Schroeder)[]
She believes that rest and relaxation are the cornerstones to wellness, and tries to help everyone get their required z's by bestowing good dreams and happy thoughts.
Greedy Smurf (Voiced by Rachel Lillis)[]
Handy Smurf (Voiced by Michael Liscio Jr.)[]
Melody Smurf (Voiced by Emily Bauer))[]
Playdate Smurf (Voiced by Sam Vincent)[]
Sasette Smurfling (Haven Paschall)[]
Sweet, curious, and loving, Sasette has all the makings of a full-fledged future Smurf. She is almost never seen without her big sister Smurfette guiding her. Sasette and the other smurflings always seem to get themselves into crazy situations thanks to their boundless curiosity and playful attitudes.
Natural Smurfling (Voiced by Amy Birnbaum)[]
Snappy Smurfling (Voiced by Patty Mattson)[]
Slouchy Smurfling (Voiced By Rebecca Soler)[]
