The choir kids were hanging out casually in their choir room until all of the sudden, Tristan started skipping. It shocked the main 6.
Zoe: Everyone, get out of this classroom, now!
James: Why? Tristan doesn't have COVID-19.
The main 6 put on their masks and gloves.
George: Yeah, but he has the case of the skips and it is contagious.
Everyone went out as Brad and Blake sent Tristan into quarantine. Afterwards, they took out their masks and gloves.
Brad: Well that was a close one.
Troy: Yeah.
Brad: Well I gotta head to lunch.
That's when Brad started skipping which means he must've caught it from Tristan.
Zoe: Did Brad catch the skips from Tristan.
George: I dunno, but let's get sneaky.
Zoe and George followed Brad to the cafeteria where Brad is sitting at their usual seat. He skipped some steps on how to eat the fish and chips.
Connor: Woah, Brad has been acting weird lately.
Zoe: He has the skips but he doesn't know he has it. Kinda looks like he forgot how to eat fish and chips.
Connor: I know.
George: Don't worry, Zoe and I are keeping an eye on him. Do you know what will he do next?
Connor: Because we are best friends and we know each other well, he might be heading home right now. Look, because we are in Year 9, we are in the same class so he might be heading to the choir room right now.
Zoe: Crap, we've gotta go now.
George: Wait, we need to keep the dishes, Also Brad didn't keep his.
Zoe: Oh boy.
Connor: See you in the choir club you 2.
After keeping their(and Brad's) dishes, Zoe and George ran to the choir room but Brad isn't there.
Zoe: Oh no.
Reece: Zoe, George, shouldn't you be in class?
George: Not at the moment, we need to catch Brad, he has been skipping.
Blake: Skipping?
Troy: Think we should help them.
Reece: Then let's go.
Reece, Blake, Troy, George and Zoe chased after Brad who is skipping.

Zoe: Guys, remember that we have a meeting with the theatre kids later?
Reece: Yeah, that means Brad must be in the meeting right now. Let's go, to the auditorium.
Reece, Blake, Troy, George and Zoe went to the auditorium and saw everyone from the club outside. The main 6(minus Brad of course) were a bit confused.
Blake: I'm a tad confused, what is going on?
Jenny: Brad has been skipping around and we suspected that he has the skips so we went out of there.
George: Well we need him in quarantine like right now.
Kandace: Right now? But before you do so, how did Brad catch the skips.
Blake: When Tristan got the skips so we put him in quarantine in the thinking room part of the library.
Reece: Yeah, I remembered I was quarantined there because there was a copy of me from the past. I'm glad that episode is over or else there will be a catastrophe.
Raphael: So what are we going to do?
Blake: We can use our powers, I'll shake the ground, Reece, you use your vines to catch Brad, Troy will get in there and multiply as a distraction, George will turn into water and make Brad slip and Zoe will use her telekinesis powers to lift him up as we take him to quarantine.
George: That's brutal, it will hurt the both of us. Also we both have cystic fibrosis.
Blake: Maybe you should control water by making a puddle.
George: Nevermind, I could just shoot water from my hands.
Blake: Alright, it's showtime.
They went inside the auditorium and Blake started shaking the ground. Troy started multiplying and surrounding Brad and George used his water powers to put a puddle on the floor causing him to slip. Luckily he wasn't heard.
Brad: Ah!
George: Sorry, mate. Reece! Zoe! Now!
Reece started shooting vines from his hands and started wrapping them around Brad and then Zoe lifted him up using her telekinesis. Then, Blake stopped shaking the ground and Troy stopped multiplying.
Blake: Well that went well.
Brad: Guys! What are you doing to me?
Reece: You've just got the skips Brad, we need you in quarantine.
Brad: Where?
Zoe: In the thinking room with Tristan, let's go.
They went to the library and into the thinking room with Tristan.
Brad: Guys, is there a cure for the skips.
Zoe: Well you have to play with the skipping ropes and sing 'Skip to my Lou.' I hate that song to be honest.
Tristan: How long will this last?
Blake: A few hours and then you 2 are cured.
Blake turned on 'Skip to my Lou' which completely annoyed Zoe.
Blake: Umm, I think we have to sing a different song in the meantime.
Reece: Don't worry, it is actually a nice song to be honest.
George: Yeah, also it won't blow everyone's ears.

Blake: While we wait, let's read some books. There is still a few hours until we go back to the choir club.
Zoe: Dibs on A Series of Unfortunate Events and some history.

Blake: Ah kids these days.
Troy: I know.
Zoe and George came back with a lot of books. Mainly fiction and history and more.
Reece: Woah you 2, that's a lot of books.
Zoe: Because we are such bookworms.
George: I agree, what shall we read first?
Zoe: Matilda, Jenny is making a play based on Roald Dahl's book. Don't worry, I got a few more like The Twits and The Landlady.
George: Okay, Roald Dahl's books go first and then Lemony Snicket and more history books.
Zoe and George started reading Matilda getting the idea on how will the play go. Also that Zoe and Matilda have similar lives except that she has good brothers, parents and a principal.
George: It seems like you both have similar lives.
Zoe: No we don't.
George: Why did you say that?
Zoe: Well, I have good brothers, Blake, Brad, Kenneth and Timothy, good parents and Ms. Jackson is kind to us. Unlike Ms. Trunchbull who is a twit.
George: You read the twits?
Zoe: Yeah, I have that at home. Well Mr. Rubie told us a story about it and then I bought the copy at a local bookstore.
George: Really?
Zoe: Uh huh.
George: Then what about The Landlady?
Zoe: Mr. Rubie also showed us that book too and I also bought it because I was buying another Roald Dahl book, The BFG.
George: That's cool.
After reading Matilda, the started reading The Twits.
Zoe: Mr. Rubie showed us that one.
George: The Twits right?
Zoe: Yup, I know that Mr. and Mrs. Twit are horrible people and Mr. Twit has terrible habits.
George: Like what?
Zoe: Keeping food crumbs in his beard, not taking a shower and drinking alcohol.
George: We hate alcohol.
Zoe: Yeah, mum doesn't even allow any of us to have alcohol.
George: Makes sense to me.
After having fun reading the twits, they started reading The Landlady.
George: This one is a little scary.
Zoe: Like Goosebumps but in a British version. I also bought Tales of the Unexpected which inspires my stories to go in a darker turn.
George: You must be really brave when it comes to horror stories.
Zoe: Except balloons, clowns and roller coasters like Brad.
George: How is he?
Zoe: I dunno, let's check.
Zoe and George put down their books and were about to check on Brad and Tristan who were still skipping to the 'Skip to my Lou' song. That song really annoys Zoe. Until Reece and Blake stopped them.
Reece: Oi! What are you doing there?
George: Just checking on them
Zoe: Yeah, it has been a few hours.
Blake: But we have an hour left until we could release them.
George and Zoe: (moans)
Blake: Look, I know you 2 are bored and tired already but just lay on my lap you 2.
George and Zoe laid on Blake's lap while reading more books.
Reece: You seem like a caring big brother.
Blake: I am a caring big brother, I am always the one looking out for my siblings.
It has been an hour and Brad and Tristan are finally able to get out of their quarantine zone.
Reece: Guys, you alright?
Brad: Tired.
Tristan: And thirsty.
Reece: C'mon, let's get some water from the cafeteria. Blake, Troy, George, Zoe, c'mon.
The main 6 and Tristan went to the cafeteria to get some water.
Brad: Well that was brutal workout.
Tristan: Yeah, I felt like I was in the Auschwitz concentration camp.
Zoe: Oh please, there are more prison camps more brutal than the Auschwitz during the second world war. And you don't want to hear it.
Brad: It's the Changi prison camp in Singapore and then the Japanese ordered all POWs there to move north to build the Thai-Burma death railway.
George: Brad!
Brad: What? Just telling Tristan.
George: Well there is a movie about it, it is about a British man who was a POW in Singapore and then moved north along with the other Brits and Aussies to build a death railway from Thailand to Burma which is now called Myanmar. Then years later, the 2 enemies reunited.
Tristan: That was brutal.
Troy: Also an Aussie in the Guinea campaign was executed by the Japanese. He was beheaded, we learnt about beheading in history class.
Brad: Beheading was around for many years, even a millennia.
Tristan: Really?
Brad: Yup.
Tristan: Sorry, information is limited because I am in Year 11B and because there are 4 mean girls, they limited information from us.
Reece: Guys, it's time for choir practice, let's go.
Everyone: (laughs)
