Sing Out Loud! is the second installment of the SING film series. It premiered on November 22nd, 2019. Many of the cast members reprise their roles, and the film introduces new characters.
Summary[]
It's been a while since the Moon Theater became a great success, and things just couldn't be any better. But one day, an old rival of Buster's tried to tear down the theater by turning it into a pillow factory. So with the help of Eddie and their new friends, he must get new singers for the competition, including Eddie and Judith. Also, he must sing as well.

- Matthew McConaughey (singing voice by Ed Sheeran) as Buster Moon; the main protagonist of the film. He is a Koala who is the owner of the Moon Theater.
- Jodi Benson (singing voice by Selena Gomez) as Melody Hunter; the main deuteragonist of the film. She is a pink Koala who auditions for the show, and later becomes Buster's love interest.
- John C. Reilly (singing voice by Jack Black) as Eddie Noodleman; the main tritagonist of the film. He is a Sheep who is Buster's best friend. He decided to join the competition.
- Reese Witherspoon as Rosita; a Domestic Pig who is a mother of 25 piglets.
- Seth MacFarlane as Mike; an arrogant and cool White Mouse.
- Scarlett Johansson as Ash; a punk rocker Crested Porcupine.
- Tori Kelly as Meena; an Indian Elephant who is no longer shy and is now a famous singer.
- Taron Egerton as Johnny; a Mountain Gorilla who loves to sing.
- Nick Kroll as Gunter; a Male Pig who now becomes Rosita's best friend.
- Idina Menzel as Judith Waltz; a bank worker Llama who secretly wants to become a singer. At the end of the film, she quits her job and joins the cast.
- Ella Eyre as Angel Watson; a Bear who is Buster's old rival, and the main antagonist of the film. She is the leader of the trio called Triple Crown, along with her best friend Queeny and twin brother Red.
- Ludacris as Blend; a Horse who loves hip-hop and rap music, and later falls in love with Kiana.
- Alessia Cara as Kiana; a Pony who loves fashion and music, and later falls in love with Blend.
- Rumer Willis as Tawny; a Cat who is a total music lover. She can sing almost anything. She is best friends with Rachel, Kingston, Noelle, Blend and Kiana.
- Sabrina Carpenter as Rydel; a shy and timid Troll who loves singing and dancing.
- Pharrell Williams as Kingston; a giant bird who can sing and dance to funk music.
- Brandy Norwood as Noelle; a Dog who can sing Gospel music.
- Tove Lo as Queeny Ferson; a Cat who is Angel's best friend and right-hand woman. She is a member of Triple Crown. She is Tawny's arch enemy.
- Constantine Maroulis (singing voice by Sean Paul) as Redmond "Red" Watson; a Bear who is Angel's twin brother and sidekick. He is a member of the Triple Crown.
