Shrek: Voyage of An Ogre is a 2029 American 3D computer-animated comedy film produced by DreamWorks Animation and based on the book Shrek! by William Steig. Directed by David P. Smith, the film is the fifth and final installment in the Shrek franchise and a sequel to the 2010 film Shrek Forever After. The film stars the voices of Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz, Antonio Banderas, Julie Andrews, John Cleese, Rob Riggle, and Danny Glover. In the film, Shrek and his friends and family must stop a curse from tearing apart Far Far Away. The film was released on May 18, 2029, by Universal Pictures. It grossed over $876 million on an estimated $134–136 million, making it the fifth highest-grossing film of 2029 and received mostly positive reviews from critics, particularly to the voice-acting, emotional connection between Shrek and his family, and the wonderous concluding story DreamWorks provides for this film.
