Sheila Moyo is a African-American girl and a member of the Star Teens group. She's 15 years old and lives in Orlando, Florida with her parents. She attends Osceola County Community High School with her friends Ella, Elvira, Sandra, Felicia, Liza, Tanya, and Kevin. Her surname is Swahili for "heart".

Sheila wears an orange collared T-shirt, a pair of khaki shorts, a gold watch, dark gray socks, and pink tennis shoes. Her hairstyle is long and curly and is colored black, and her eyes are brown. Plus, as a high school cheerleader, her outfit is red and blue; it resembles a tanktop and skirt, and the pompoms were red and blue. She wears a golden crown on her head with a pink gem in it, her outfit is made out of a pink leotard with a magenta skirt, her pantyhose is pale pink, her shoes are pink, and so are her fingerless gloves and face mask.

Even though she cannot offer much physical fight against monsters, her nature and instincts, as well as her heart power, provide balance and calm to the team. She can communicate with imaginary animals, and with other humans, using telepathic powers. This comes in handy when the Star Teens are separated or in trouble, or when they need to call for help from surrounding villagers of Arco Iris.
