Scott Innes

Scott Innes is an American radio personality and voice actor. He succeeded the late Don Messick (who had already retired beforehand) in the role of Scooby-Doo from 1998-2001, until he was replaced by Frank Welker. He also replaced Billy West as Shaggy Rogers from 1999-2001 when original portrayer,Casey Kasem, resumed the role. After Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase, he continued to voice Scooby and Shaggy in video games and other products featuring their voices.

Innes is able to imitate a wide range of Hanna-Barberacharacters, including both Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble, as well as non-HB characters such as Popeye (coincidentally so can West).

According to Innes, Warner once coined and marketed him as the biggest Scooby-Doo collector due to his large collection of memorabilia, which he showed off in Scooby-Doo's Ultimate Fans, an extra from the Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!: The Complete 1st and 2nd Seasons DVD set.
