Josh Peck as Shaggy Rogers, a cowardly hippie boy who is very gluttonous despite his skinny lifestyle.
Andrew Garfield as Fred Jones, a boy-next-door who enjoys solving mysteries.
Emma Wattson as Velma Dinkley, nerdy tomboy girl considered to the be the brains of the Mystery Inc. gang because of her high IQ.
Miley Cyrus as Daphne Blake, Fred's love interest who sure is cute, but is a bit trouble-prone and is usually the "damsel in dsitress."
Neil Fanning as Scooby-Doo, a talking Great Dane who is Shaggy's best pal and is gluttonous and cowardly like him. The origins of how he can talk is unknown. Fanning voiced Scooby in the live-action films.
