Scooby-Doo: Spooky Halloween is an American animated comedy television special based on the Scooby-Doo franchise created by Hanna-Barbera. The special is a parody of The New Scooby-Doo Movies, complete with unlikely guests and a retro style. The special is written and directed by Spike Brandt and Tony Cervone and produced by Warner Bros. Animation, airing on WB Kids as part of the Trick or Warner special on October 31st, 2019. The special later aired on Cartoon Network and Boomerang.
