Sammy is a starfish and the star of Oswald's favorite television program. He is seen on Oswald's television in many episodes, and only plays a prominent role in the episodes "The Pet Show" in which he hosts a pet talent competition and since "Sammy Starfish Live" in which Sammy and The Color Sisters perform together, Sammy Starfish is mostly a light yellow color. He wears a blue hat and a red bowtie.
