Sailor Moon: Amethyst is a 2017 live-action film based off the anime magical girl series Sailor Moon, which aired in 1992 to 1997, and had a reboot called Sailor Moon Crystal in 2014 to 2016. It focuses on the adventures of Usagi Tsukino/Sailor Moon, her daughter Chibiusa/Sailor Chibi Moon and her fellow Sailor Scouts, defeating the forces of evil and the power of love. The film was released in theaters in December 8th, 2017 in Regal Cinemas and Grand Theater. The opening/main title song, Moonlight Densetsu (Sailor Moon Theme Song in the DIC English version), is sung by DALI.
