Synopsis[]
It's 1997, and the Roman Empire is starting to fall. The establishment of Panamerica has left many Roman citizens fleeing there for more freedom. Meanwhile, Agent XXIII has been deployed to Egypt to investigate a Panamerica-funded uprising.

Extended Edition[]
The extended edition adds 24 minutes of footage into the film, including a longer fight in Cairo and the Library of Alexandria. It was released in 2046.
Emperor Cut[]
The most complete version of this film, the Emperor Cut adds an additional 45 minutes to the film, including a longer TV commercial sequence at the beginning, an additional scene of the militia blowing up a building they think XXIII is in, extra scenes that set up Panamerica: A Civilization Reborn and additional world-building. It was released in 2065, before the release of Hastings.
