Rocko's Modern Life in Paris: The Movie is a 2000 American animated comedy-drama film based on the Nickelodeon animated television series of the same name. It is the sequel to 1994's Rocko's Modern Life:The Movie and the second film in the Rocko's Modern Life film series.[4] In the film, Heffer takes the lead character role as he searches to find a new friend. The film marks the only appearance of two villains in the Rocko's Modern Life franchise, Pacifica SamaTol, a cruel woman who hates Animals, including Steers, and her accomplice, Klay-Krem. The film also marks the first appearance of new Rocko characters Plotter Wallaby,and Samara Steer.


Rocko has to Travel to Paris to help his Friend Plotter on a New Comic Machine. Heffer meets his long-lost Sister Samara Steer.And Heffer has to avoid Filburt from marrying Pacifica SamaTol.
