Rochelle Elizabeth "Shelli" Brooks is a high school student, California Ninja at Ca Frost Science Academy High and Toby's younger twin sister. She is both one of the two main characters and the deuteragonist of Toby and Rochelle: 9th Grade Ninja Twins, and a supporting character of its spin-off, Mark Smith and the Casagrandes.

Biography

Early Life

Rochelle was born five minutes after her twin Toby, and the two were raised together in Piedmont, California. Rochelle has shared many events with her brother Toby, being implied to be each others' sole friend back in Los Angeles, where they attended Los Angeles Elementary School.

Personality

Rochelle is cheerful, charming, independent, fun-loving, somewhat tomboyish, hyperactive, high-leveled intelligence, nice, friendly, compassionate, and an average high school kid who fit in with the popular crowd and be awesome.

Physical Appearance

Rochelle is a female and one of the main twin-characters with a height of 5'8 and the weight of 71 kg, white american-like skin, two buck teeth that stick out of her mouth, noticeable bags around her eyes, waist-length dark brown hair that helds with a low ponytail, and dark brown eyes.

When she was young, it was shown that she worn her hair down, which reaches down to her hips (same reference to Jazz Fenton), instead of the ponytail, the same buck teeth, which sport pale yellow braces on her upper and lower teeth, same bags around her eyes, and had freckles on her cheeks.

In her prototype design and ER pilot, her hair is black and has red-and-pale yellow striped fingernail polish.

In S1 and S2, Rochelle is always (except as the former Blue Ninja) seen wearing a pale yellow quarter-length shirt underneath that light black tank top, red skirt, white knee-high socks, a red heart-shaped earrings, and pale yellow-and-white sneakers with light black trim on the bottom.

In S3, she (except as the current Red Ninja) wears a same pale yellow quarter-length shirt underneath that light black tank top, white knee-high socks, and a red heart-shaped earrings, but a jean-shorts and red-and-white sneakers with a same trim on the bottom.

In S4, wears a dark grayish azure quarter-length jacket underneath that red tank top, pale yellow skirt, light black-and-white sneakers with gray lace and a same trim on the bottom.

In S5, she wore the same pale yellow quarter-length shirt underneath that light black tank top, white knee-high socks, and a red heart-shaped earrings, but a red jean-skirt with white belt and red-and-white sneakers with pale yellow stripe on the back that shaped like a heart and a same trim on the bottom.

In S6, she wore the same quarter-length jacket but light black underneath that pale yellow sleeveless shirt, same red skirt, dark gray-and-white sneakers with pale yellow-and-red stripes and a light black-and-gray checkered-pattern trim on the bottom.

For nightwear, she wears a white sleeveless pajama shirt, red pajama-shorts with white bow, red sleep mask with white closed eyes, and white slippers (later barefoot while she sleeps). She also (sometimes) lets her hair down, showing her hair to be waist-length.

When she was young, she wears a dark blue headband, light grayish blue earrings similar reference to Lola's, a dark blue long-sleeve v-neck shirt, light grayish blue pants, and a pair of simple, light black flats.

In her prototype design and ER pilot, she wore a split pale yellow/red open quarter-length jacket underneath that split red/pale yellow tank top, split light black/white skirt, split white-and-light black/light black-and-white knee-high socks, and split red-and-light black sneaker with same heart shaped pale yellow stripe and gray bottom trim on the right/pale yellow-and-gray sneaker with same heart shaped red stripe and the same light black bottom trim on the left.
