Rampage II: Universal World is an upcoming science fiction monster film directed by Tommy Wirkola and a sequel to Rampage (2018) and based its sequels Rampage World Tour and Rampage 2: Universal Tour by Midway Games. Dwayne Johnson, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, P. J. Byrne, Jack Quaid and Demetrius Grosse reprise their roles from the first film respectively with new comers, Eiza González, Krysten Ritter, Mckenna Grace, Charithra Chandran and Danny DeVito.

  • Dwayne Johnson as Davis Okoye, a former US Army Special Forces soldier as well as primatologist and head of an anti-poaching unit.
  • Naomie Harris as Katherine "Kate" Caldwell, a disgraced genetic engineer who teams up with Okoye.
  • Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Harvey Russell, a government agent who works for the "Other Government Agency".
  • Eiza González as Dr. Elizabeth Veronica, a scientist at Di Monic (DI) Inc. Who is planning to expose and destroy their work due to her boss' (Eustace Di Monic) corrupt hands.
  • Krysten Ritter as Astrid Grant, a co-executive of Di Monic (DI) Inc. who later joins Okoye, George and his team to help the world but reveals she is working for Di Monic and betrays them.
  • P. J. Byrne as Nelson, a scientist and friend of Okoye who later joins him to help the world from destruction.
  • Jack Quaid as Connor, a worker working for Okoye at the anti-poaching unit who later joins him despite his fear of gorillas especially George.
  • McKenna Grace as Sadie, a scientist at Di Monic (DI) Inc. Who as well is planning to expose and destroy their work and a friend of Veronica's.
  • Danny DeVito as Eustace Di Monic, an angry businessmen and CEO of Di Monic (DI) Inc. Who used to work for Claire and Brett Wyden of Energyne and wants their pathogen to creating his own Mutant monsters.
  • Demetrius Grosse as Colonel Blake
  • Charithra Chandran as Lieutenant Sali, a high-ranking officer working for Blake who secret works for Di Monic.

Monsters[]

  • Jason Liles as the motion-capture performance for George, a leucistic western lowland gorilla (comparable to Snowflake) raised and trained by Okoye. George is highly intelligent, understanding sign language with which he communicates with Okoye. He also has a immature sense of humour, often joking with Davis. George becomes one of the animals affected by Energyne's pathogen that increases their sizes and mutates them into giant rampaging monsters.
  • Ralph, a wolf (similar to the one from the first movie but not the same character) who later joins George to fight Di Monic's monster Vern.
  • Lizzie, a Komodo dragon who later joins George to fight Di Monic's monster Vern.
  • Terry Notary as the motion-capture performance for Vern, a demonic looking monster whom Di Monic created out of an ancient corpse, cold blood and Energyne's abandoned pathogen.
  • Larry, a rat.
